“Very good service plenty of beds and mattresses to choose from. The director advised on which mattresses would suit our needs. advice was spot on. Mattress bought and delivered and installed within 48 hours . Very very comfortable and price was very competitive. Well pleased.”

“A bed is a big purchase for most people and you want to get it right. It was great to be able to try the mattresses and get friendly helpful advice from Matthew. No pushy sales, just great advice and left to decide in our own time. Really happy with our new mattress and would highly recommend The Bed and Mattress Centre. Delivery was quick and the drivers were great, managed to get our new mattress upstairs in a tricky cottage. Drivers were really helpful taking the old mattress and all the packaging away too.”

“We purchased a single bed for our daughter. It was available to see in the showroom and they had one in stock at a reasonable price. It was simple to build and is better quality than what the big brands have to offer. Customer service was faultless.”

“Used a few times now, but this review is about their after sales. Both wooden beds I purchased developed creaks 18mth after buying them. I emailed the guys just to see if there was manufacturer fault. I was surprised at the reply I got. They said that they would come out the next day, free of charge. The two chaps figured out the slats were rubbing against the frame. A bit of stick on felts did the job perfectly and I have no more squeaking!!! You would never get this level of after sales from anywhere else, great work, and keep recommending them to anyone who asks!”

“Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for all your sleeping requirements. Delivery was prompt and the mattress was delivered right to the bedroom. I didn't need the mattress opened but this was offered and the packaging would have been taken away. My first stop for a mattress!”

“This is the fourth bed we’ve bought from The Bed and Mattress Centre and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have such a good selection and the quality and value is just brilliant.
