“Customer service was second to none. So helpful and kind in my situation. Didn’t want me to buy something I would not be happy with as I was in urgent need of a bed. Great advice and left with a mattress to return for a bed frame shortly. The two gentlemen there happily put the mattress in my car and made sure I was ok. I love this mattress. It is so comfortable. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a bed or mattress.”

“We purchased the Sienna Oak bed a few years ago so had no hesitation in going straight back for a new mattress a few weeks ago. As before service was excellent. Very informative and not at all intrusive. Left to browse but there to help if needed. Delivery was also excellent. On time. Without asking the guys took off their shoes too. They also took away our old mattress which had the safety mark on so once they had cleaned it this was was being sent to Stone Pillow. Amazing. Would highly recommend The Bed and Mattress Centre.”

“Very helpful when we visited the store helping us to choose the right mattress. Contacted us Very quickly to arrange delivery - even tied in with the frame we had previously purchased from elsewhere. Delivery was prompt and at the time agreed. The delivery guys were very friendly also.”

“Excellent customer service from Dominic helped us choose the right bed and mattress for our new home, we had been let down by Benson Beds!! The order was placed and the communication re delivery and assembly were first class . All rubbish was taken away with our old bed the delivery team went that extra mile for us. We would recommend to all . Thank You we had the best nights sleep ever”

“We have ordered two ottoman beds from this store. A double and king size. We are so happy with our purchases with Lots of space and the beds are so comfy. Delivery men so polite and helpful too. If you’re thinking of purchasing a new bed or mattress don’t think twice about ordering from this store, do it. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Excellent service, informative when choosing our new bed but allowed us plenty of time to decide on the bed and mattress combo that suited us best. Very efficient delivery, the guys were courteous and conscientious. They assembled the new bed and mattress quickly. Can’t fault anything at all and will be ordering another bed from them soon.”

“Tried all the ‘usual places’ and couldn’t get anyone even really interested. Tried here as a last resort (just driving past) and was so impressed. Matthew was helpful, knowledgeable and found us exactly what we needed. Phoned and ordered the next day and we’re able to collect very quickly, although delivery is also possible. Follow up care provided. A good selection on display and lots of help to find the right product, excellent quality at a reasonable price. I cannot this recommend highly enough.”

“I needed a low divan base quickly to allow my Mum to come home from hospital, Daniel helped me and after some phone calls found a base that was suitable and arranged the 2 man delivery a week later,these guys were very polite and friendly.The customer service from the whole team is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this business to my family and friends.If you need a new bed look no further!”
