“Generally good customer service. Delivery had to be negotiated since the mattress wasn't ready to be picked as agreed upon. Also mattress quite pricy really but to do with European size. We should NEVER have left the EU!!! Delivery men did communicate well and were on time. Sadly disposing of my old mattress would have been charged at £50..... sadly no customer service there! All in all not bad but could be improved upon!!”

“We were told about the different types of beds .and then we started trying them. We were left to try with no pressure, but at the same time answering questions when asked. It was a pleasant experience. And i recommend this company. The 2 lads that delivered new bed were very helpful.”

“Gave helpful information in the store as I needed a special mattress and they arranged for one to be made, for a reasonable price. Delivery was a week later than advised but the new mattress was just right!”

“Good value for money. Bed & Mattress forwards the order to the mattress manufacturer to fulfil and deliver. Their (the manufacturers) courier damaged the mattress. Bed & Mattress sorted this out for us although it took about 10 days for a replacement to arrive. Thanks.”

“Great Service Fast Delivery Nice People Very Accommodating. Great price (competitive) Only thing that would have been better, was a more proactive indication of when the delivery would be. I did have to phone up to find out when our delivery date would be.”
