“Service Excellent. Products overpriced for what they are. Spring mattress overly soft with no return policy. Foam mattress still malformed after almost a week- did not spring back as promised.”

“Mattress very comfortable but was told it would be a cool mattress which we asked for and this was not the case it is quite hot. However paid a fair price for it have got beds before from Mathew and will go back”

“The mattress is good but the first one was too big, response from the shop was very abrupt, and somewhat disbelieving - the next day it was resolved but I was left feeling rather annoyed at the disbelief and questionning”

“The bed itself is of a very high quality. We waited longer than anticipated for the delivery and as we were assembling the bed one of the parts was faulty so we had to wait 48hrs before another part was delivered. Concidering the cost of the bed I would have thought the parts could have been posted urgently by special delivery.”

“Not happy that we were being called several times from India and messages left that we couldn't understand. When we returned calls in the afternoon no one answered the phone. Eventually found out that it was to arrange delivery. Spent several days wondering whether bed would arrive on specified date. It did but could have done without the dodgy messages and the anxiety.”
