“When we purchased our bedroom furniture for our new home, it was the second time in 10 years we have had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew, Daniel, Dominic and all the team. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly from start to finish, including their delivery and installation team, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Quite simply, the Chichester Bed and Mattress company provided the products and the service precisely as they promised and in a super friendly way - you feel part of the family!! Thanks guys!”

“Incredibly happy with my mattress and the service received. The man in the shop was super helpful and ensured I would get my mattress delivered on the day required. The 2 delivery men were very friendly and professional- even took their shoes off at the door! Have already recommended the store to a number of people and will definitely return.”

“We were told about the different types of beds .and then we started trying them. We were left to try with no pressure, but at the same time answering questions when asked. It was a pleasant experience. And i recommend this company. The 2 lads that delivered new bed were very helpful.”

“We are very pleased with our new gel mattress and would recommend The Bed and Mattress Centre for their excellent customer service. Matthew was so helpful and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. Delivery was prompt and by their own friendly in house team who took their shoes off at the door. They took our old mattress away to be recycled. Job done. Thank you to everyone.”

“Brilliant company efficient and helpful. Accurate about delivery times and their own friendly expert team put up the beds moving furniture and removing all rubbish. Whole experience was seem-less and quick I won’t buy my beds and mattresses from anywhere else you know everything they stock is good quality built to last you get what you pay for! I’ve used them for nearly 20 years now since they first opened the Bed & Mattress Centre.”

“Second mattress we have bought from The Bed & Mattress centre, the first one bought over 15 years ago including the bed and headboard, which we still have and is in great condition along with the mattress but we decided we wanted a slightly firmer mattress with a pillow topper. We bought the Knightsbridge 3500 natural pillow top pocket sprung mattress which is amazing! So comfortable and even though it's quite firm, the pillow topper gives it a luxurious soft feel. We were asked what type of mattress we were looking for and shown the choices we had, we were then left to try out at our leasure with no hard sell. We were given an estimated delivery and contacted within that time to arrange a convenient day and time slot which was great and as promised was delivered on time.”

“In my adult life I have now had 3 mattress and a bed frame from this local firm and they are excellent. Polite and knowledgeable sales persons, not pushy at all. Most recent mattress was purchased on Sunday and delivered on by Thursdays with the old one recycled. Highly recommend.”
