“Good comparison of beds and mattresses by Daniel. He recommended, we buy an intermediate priced. The bed and mattress, given it was for our spare bedroom. Delivery was quick end the price it was 👍”

“A little late in reviewing but such good all round service and a lovely bed purchased.... Unobtrusive, relaxed advice from the showroom thank you. A good deal for a comfortable bed and inclusive headboard in a lovely colour! 10/10 for friendly, polite and very helpful delivery men. A very good experience, thanks!”

“Excellent service, knowledgeable staff who helped us select the right mattress. We had purchased one before which lasted years and still good. We needed a new mattress for a larger bed and knew we would get great quality from the B&MC. Delivery was on time and the staff even phoned up to see if we needed any further assistance moving it. Great service from start to finish.”

“Fantastic Sleep Upgrade! Thank you so very much Daniel, I recently purchased two mattress from Bed & Mattress Centre in Chichester, and I couldn’t be happier. From the first night, I noticed a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. It’s the perfect balance between soft and supportive—my back pain has improved dramatically! The materials feel high-quality, and there’s no weird smell like some other mattresses have when new. What I love most is how it adapts to my body. I no longer wake up tossing and turning. It also stays cool throughout the night, which is a big plus for me. Delivery was fast and setup was super easy too. If you’re looking for comfort, support, and restful sleep, I definitely recommend this mattress. It’s been a game-changer for me!”

“All round service was fab. Very helpful and informative to help us decide which mattress to purchase and arranged a quick delivery date for us. Even down to the delivery we were kept informed and the 2 people that delivered the mattress were very nice and helpful too. We've bought a few mattresses from this company and will definitely go back.”

“Superb customer service. We had a slight delay on delivery of our bed from the supplier but the guys who brought the bed, constructed it and took old one away was so charming & efficient quickly forgotten inconvenience……highly recommend this friendly company and LOVE our new bed!”

“We’ve ordered several beds from the team at The Bed and Mattress Centre in Chichester. The staff are excellent in store and the delivery team too. They provide excellent advice. We had an issue with our most recent bed which arrived damaged which they replaced straightaway. All round great service.”
