“My new bed is great. It was delivered and assembled in no time. It is in my guest room and has already been used by family and friends with no complaints! It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for and it's quality shows. Plenty of storage and style. Thanks. 🙂”

“My wife and I were long-overdue a new mattress and had been looking at a few places when we came across The Bed and Mattress Centre in Chichester. Matthew was extremely friendly and helpful and didn't pressure us whatsoever. Suffice to say that we purchased a terrific mattress from them which was delivered just two days later. Highly recommended.”

“From the time of walking into the showroom, Matthew being very helpful answering all my questions and demonstrating the beds that I wanted to see. The price I was quoted I felt was very fair. The delivery dates were set the bed came on time with two extremely nice guys who assembled the bed went through all the instructions with me and took away all the packaging, just the way service used to be well done indeed.”

“We visited this store twice in two days, looking very specifically for a firm mattress, a point made very clear on each occasion to the sales manager. He then proceeded on each occasion to tell us our choice was not only wrong but damaging to our health, a conclusion he arrived at based on his twenty years of experience selling beds. I literally couldn't get him to stop trying to convince us. I'm sure the individual concerned will read this and tell me his views on firm mattresses are correct - since he talked himself out of a sale, I hope that's reward enough.”

Mattresses that are too firm or too soft can lead to discomfort, back issues and a poor nights rest. We share our knowledge and past experience with new customers and give them as much information to help them reach a decision.
