“Kind professional and understanding sales service. Delivery as booked with knowledgeable staff who were professional, careful and friendly. Bed is very comfortable and of great quality. Small query after delivery and all resolved promptly, making me feel understood and not a problem. Would definitely recommend.”

“The delivery was good. Pleasant, polite and efficient men. The bed is good and the mattress comfortable. However from the start the mattress smells strongly musty and of damp. This remains the case after one week despite airing with windows wide open and no bedding. We were not warned about this problem at all although we now find that it is openly referred to on line. It still smells af0ter 1 week and unless this is eradicated very soon we will require it to be removed as it is not fit for purpose. We have other family who have recently purchased new mattresses and none had this experience.”

“Excellent service and exceptional value. I bought a mattress from here a year ago for my daughter at the university, it was such a good mattress she wanted one for home, so a year later I returned to buy another, the owner remembered me and what I bought and kept it for me to collect a week later!”

“We visited your shop was allowed to browse around at our leisure. Daniel came up and offered us good advice on all mattresses that suited our sleeping habits there was no push sale. We left that day without purchasing and returned two weeks later. Again, there was no pushy cell, but we did purchase the mattress that day. Thank you very much. I would not hesitate to recommend your business. Mr Mrs Cronin ( Selsey)”

“Excellent service from The Bed and Mattress Centre. I needed a bespoke mattress made for my boat which was an odd shape and had to be of a certain thickness to fit. I called into shop on a Saturday and spoke to Matthew showing him a hand drawn sketch with measurements. He advised me on best way forward and within minutes I had the deposit paid. A few weeks later I took delivery, and its an amazing mattress. So comfortable and fits perfectly. I am so pleased with the purchase and would definitely give this store top marks.”
