“Very helpful from the moment we entered the shop. Quick delivery kept informed on updates and the delivery drivers were absolutely fantastic. Very courteous polite and ensured we were happy before leaving. The bed itself is wonderful . Will return for any more beds needed in the future. Highly recommend this company.”

“We needed a new mattress and popped into the showroom. Excellent service, explained different options and arranged delivery to suit us. Delivery was perfect, on time and very polite including removal of old mattress for a small charge.”

“From when we walked in the shop the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable, he also gave us space to make our decision amongst lots of mattresses to choose from. On the delivery day the guys were respectful and on time all with no fuss. Would highly recommend them and will be back in the future!”

Your advice helping us choose our new mattress was really appreciated. The delivery team were really friendly, courteous and professional and arrived within the time slot. They took our old mattress away and replaced it with the new one quickly and efficiently. And the mattress… it’s wonderful! (Would recommend a Millbrook - our second one.)”

“From start to finish, my experience with Bed and Mattress Centre in Chichester was great. My partner fell and broke 6 ribs and punctured his lungs. He is 80, and with his injuries being so severe, including two ribs broken in two places and two that were displaced, finding the right support for his recovery was our highest priority. The physios at the hospital recommended an adjustable bed, and Bed and Mattress Centre went completely out of their way to help us make that happen. Dominic and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic, doing everything they could to enable a quick sale and rush the delivery during a very stressful time. Their speed and care actually enabled my partner to be released from the hospital after an almost 2 week stay. The delivery team, too, could not be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they did everything they could to ensure my partner's safety and comfort. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for how much they did for us when we needed it most and we are extremely grateful to them for making this all possible.”

The most outstanding feature is their customer service, the staff are so knowledgeable and can easily advise on the best buy for your needs. The store offers free delivery, set up and old removal.
