“We cannot recommend these guys more highly! We purchased a mattress nearly ten years ago, and went back to be served by Matthew again - highly knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. He recommended a new mattress, delivery was brilliant, they took away the old mattress, and the delivery men were very helpful. Fantastic customer service and they know what they are talking about!”

“I recently had an outstanding experience with this bed and mattress shop, and I felt they truly deserved a positive review. About a month ago, I had an emergency need for a king-size bed, mattress, and pillows. It was already 3pm, and I needed everything delivered the same day. The team were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t push the most expensive options, but instead offered sensible, honest recommendations that suited exactly what I needed. To my amazement, they delivered everything within just two hours of me walking into the store. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and highly professional. I’ve since returned for another bed and additional mattresses, and once again received first-class service. The staff were just as friendly, helpful, and customer-focused as before, offering great advice without any pressure. I genuinely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service. They really go above and beyond!”

“Matthew was wonderful in helping me choose the right bed set and mattress to suit the size of my bedroom, my drawer requirements and my back problems. Very knowledgeable and proud of the products the business manufactures and sells. Delivery was as promised and the guys who put it all together were friendly, efficient and thoughtful. “Don’t go anywhere else! We recently bought a new bed and mattress from Bed & Mattress Centre Chichester and couldn’t be happier. After an underwhelming visit to one of the big chains, it was refreshing to get such knowledgeable, friendly service from Dan and the team. “Such a clever but knowing sales pitch as we went in for a bed base but came out with a mattress and pillow as well! Saying that it is a fabulous comfy bed which is just what we wanted. The delivery was on time and they were really friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this company”
