“I’ve been needing a new mattress for a while and popped in and was greeted with a smile. I explained what I was looking for and they listened and guided me through the range and then they left me to try all the different mattresses. When I chose they then took me through the different options for delivery and taking the old one away to recycle and arranged a delivery day. The day of the delivery they were running behind but kept me informed and when they delivered they did everything setting up the new one and taking the old. Very good service all round and great value”

“Absolutely no pressure to buy, or buy more expensive. We went back 3 or 4 times to try the beds and there was never any pressure. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Altogether a nice experience.”

“I have bought from The Bed and Mattress company before so when i needed another new bed I went straight back to them and found just what I wanted in the store. The bed was soon in store and delivered by two very friendly and efficient chaps. I can highly recommend The Bed and Mattress company.”

“We are so so pleased with our bed & mattress! From looking around the store, to delivery, so easy and so efficient. Staff are really friendly and helpful, our bed was delivered & build under the hour! Amazing work, and we sleep SO well on it. oh and it is absolutely beautiful. “Provided good advice, didn't try and sell me the most expensive bed, and were polite and friendly. The order was received within the time (two to three weeks) and I was contacted to reconfirm I would be around for the delivery. The two lads who came arrived on time and were friendly and polite too - and checked I was happy with the position of the bed and condition before leaving. I could not have asked for more really. Thank you all.”

“Downsizing into a Granny Annexe so I needed an ottoman bed for safely storing my lifetime memories out of sight. Matthew was friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgable. He quickly ascertained the best bed for me and my budget. Incredible choice of mattresses and I felt no embarrassment trying them all out in store. Delightful delivery men negotiated the building site terrain of the new Annexe without complaint. All in all I cannot recommend The Bed & Mattress Centre highly enough.”

“Dominic helped me buy an amazing 6ft bed and mattress without me ever setting foot in the shop! I live 50 miles away. The delivery men arrived promptly, put the bed together and kindly took my existing bed apart and moved it to another room. I heartily recommend the Bed and Mattress store.”

“Friendly efficient service. Our non standard size mattress arrived on time. Staff easy to communicate and deal with. Unanticipated delivery problems which were not attributable to the BMC were happily overcome. The delivery drivers were just as helpful as Matthew and Dom at the showroom. This was our second purchase from them and we had no hesitation in returning.”

“I went into the showroom on a friend’s recommendation needing a new mattress but not having a clue where to start as there are so many different ones on the market. Matthew was so knowledgable, friendly and helpful, he helped me work out what it was I really needed and encouraged me to take my time to try the suitable mattresses in the showroom. I felt in no way pressurised to make a purchase. Delivery was as scheduled with two very helpful chaps. All in all very pleased with the experience!”

“Very friendly informative staff, who guided us through the ample variety of beds and mattresses. We visited the store twice before making our choice and on both occasions received great customer service. Prices were fair, I did my compare to on-line for comparison. Delivery for us was long but we were made aware of this at the time of purchase. As soon as our bed was in however we were contacted, and our bed was delivered and assembled the next day. We would definitely recommend.”
