“I couldn’t be more pleased with a recent purchase. I found the shop well stocked, competitively priced and the staff really informative and friendly without pressuring you to buy as one can find in other stores. Delivery was quick and easy and when a small problem came to light the staff went the extra mile to ensure that it was sorted out immediately and that I was entirely happy with my purchase. Brilliant service and I have recommended The Bed And Mattress Centre to family and friends alike.”

“Just purchased my second mattress and wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Great service and no pressure to spend more than you can afford. Chose mattress, paid at 2.00pm and in my bedroom by 4.30pm same day!! Very happy customer.”

“Super service. Had been to many bed shops before popping in and didn’t feel like I was being “sold” the bed. Mathew provided some great advice and let me walk around the show room trying everything with no hassle. The delivery was also fantastic, the delivery guys prepared the bed for me and gave me advice before leaving. All round 5 star service from start to finish!”

“If you need advice regarding a mattress this is the best place to go! Super helpful from the moment I walked in told Matthew what I wanted in a mattress the problems I was having with my current mattress and my budget (which wasn’t a huge budget!) and I was given the choice of three to pick from. I was able to test the three out and was given lots of time to make my decision, no pushy sales people! The delivery was amazing they had arranged to have my old mattress taken away. The delivery man gave clear instructions on how to unpack the mattress and how long to leave it to full inflate. I’m so glad I went to The bed and mattress centre!”

“I bought an ottoman bed frame and I’m really happy with the product - sturdy, looks great and offers plenty of storage! The delivery was also solid! They were very friendly and the assembly of the bed was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend.”

“I’ve been needing a new mattress for a while and popped in and was greeted with a smile. I explained what I was looking for and they listened and guided me through the range and then they left me to try all the different mattresses. When I chose they then took me through the different options for delivery and taking the old one away to recycle and arranged a delivery day. The day of the delivery they were running behind but kept me informed and when they delivered they did everything setting up the new one and taking the old. Very good service all round and great value”

“Absolutely no pressure to buy, or buy more expensive. We went back 3 or 4 times to try the beds and there was never any pressure. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Altogether a nice experience.”

“I have bought from The Bed and Mattress company before so when i needed another new bed I went straight back to them and found just what I wanted in the store. The bed was soon in store and delivered by two very friendly and efficient chaps. I can highly recommend The Bed and Mattress company.”
