They provided the appliance we looking for in good condition. The delivery service was exceptional. A friendly and helpful driver who carefully checked the appliance and also provided advice on when to use it.

I purchased an expensive induction hob and have some queries before ordering. I rang the appliance depot and had a great chat with the team who answered all my questions and confirmed that the discount was due to a damaged box. I made my order and was quickly called to arrange delivery. The delivery driver called twice to let me know when he thought he would arrived on the day of delivery. Hob arrived as described and had no issues.

Delivery cancelled as the driver had broken down. Had to wait a week for the rescheduled delivery even though I explained that my kitchen fitter was only around for a few more days. The microwave when it arrived was broken with everything but the food heating up. Now have to wait another week for an engineer. Not worth the discounted price and I wouldnt use this company again.

I'm so disappointed with Appliance Depot. Firstly the delivery driver arrived at 5.37am in the morning, despite being told it would be more likely to be around 7am, as we were meant to be the 2nd delivery of the day. We were also promised calls and messages ahead of arrival - they didn't happen either. The driver refused to take any of the appliances to the house - as we had too many steps (10). Apparently his rule is only 4 steps. When I asked him if he could take them up just 4 steps, he again refused. Luckily we're young men, I'm not sure how elderly people are meant to manage. Secondly the appliance arrived scratched, when we were told it didn't have any faults. I've emailed and reported this issue, but they've chosen to ignore me. Such bad customer service - do not shop with them!

Purchase was relatively smooth apart from some parts left behind but it was sorted out within a week and compensated a little bit too. Overall, good positive service.

The appliance depot had the as dishwasher I was looking for with minimum damage on the important parts The dishwasher arrived on the day advised and the driver managed to finf our place without too much be trouble On recent the dish washer was in the condition which was advised and was fitted without too much trouble

Great communication from start to finish. Delivery team were fantastic as well, giving plenty of notice on the day, even taking away the wrappings. Will definitley be a returning customer, as price was best by far as well! Thanks to all involved

I ordered a brand new washing machine, reduced in price due to not being in its original packaging. Delivery was excellent and the machine seems fine. I cannot fault the service I received. On this bases, well recommended.

Searching online for a replacement integrated fridge freezer took me to The Appliance Depot. The prices were very competitive. Online ordering was a breeze and shortly after placing the order the company rang me directly to arrange a convenient delivery slot. Delivery was prompt and efficient, with the appliance being deposited in the kitchen, ready for installation. First class service from start to finish. They will be my first port of call for future appliances.

I ordered a range cooker, which was offered at a substantial discount due to cosmetic damage. Immediately the order was placed, I had a follow up phone call to discuss delivery arrangements. I called on the delivery day and had a very informative response on my elivery timing, discussing the drops the driver had to make so that I was able to pinpoint my delivery to within an hour. Needn't have worried as the driver called 30 minutes beforehabd as promised. Driver handled the kit himself and brought it indoors as per the advice we were given. Overall, I had the impression of a very customer focussed organisation.

Haven’t received item, wasn’t told how early item would be delivered. Didn’t call ahead until the day of delivery, and then proceeded to charge me £50 for a Redelivery in a week despite me losing a lot of food because of lack of appliance.

Hello Suzie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our apologies you feel this way. I can see on the system when booking in your delivery date we let you know you could be an early delivery to please all our office for an estimate the day before. This was then followed up in an email to confirm. The day before tried to call you to let you know when the delivery driver would be with you, but there was no answer so we left a voice mail and sent you an email. On morning of delivery our driver tried to call you when they were 30 minutes from your property and when outside, but again there was no answer (as well as when knocking on your door). I can see you send our driver a few text messages over an hour after delivery was attempted, but our driver was already too far away from your property to re-deliver. When a member of our team called you to re-arrange delivery, it was then confirmed by yourself the wrong email address was provided to us when the order was placed online (we have since changed this for you). With regards to your failed delivery we do explain this on our website, in the delivery confirmation email and on the copy of your invoice, that you will need to pay a £50 re-delivery fee for any failed delivery. I can see we have arranged re-delivery for next week for you, so please make sure you answer our call the day before delivery for your delivery time.

I never knew that buying a new fridge could rank as high as buying a new car, but it can! Even the smell is awesome. The parallels don't stop there, I've taken to polishing it and asking my children to respect the 'new-ness'...and the buying experience from The Appliance Depot was equally pleasant. Polly closes deals very well and is very charming on the phone, the delivery driver was diligent and careful. All in all, I hope never to buy a new fridge again, but I'm certainly shopping at TAD again!
