“They answered my questions regarding the item before ordering in great detail and quickly. On the day I ordered I received a call to arrange delivery which was very professional, and could accommodate my request for a particular date. I called on the morning of the delivery and was given an approximate time and was advised the driver would call. The driver called as advised and was extremely helpful on arrival and unpacked the item for inspection”

“The tumble dryer arrived wrapped in just bubble wrap. When the bubble wrap was removed the tumble dryer had marks on the top and scratches along the front(definitely not brand new). The vent tube was in 3 pieces and split all over so unusable. It was lucky it was my husband who took delivery. Was given a £25.00 refund. NOT HAPPY. Should have been taken away and refunded or replaced.”

“Firstly a great item and price. Kept updated on delivery which occurred on a bank holiday. Arrived in the allocated time slot and delivered to my door via a long drive. Driver was friendly and very helpful. Five star service.”

“My Britannia range gave up after twenty five years and I was so worried about buying another. I looked around for the one which was similar to my old range and found one on your web site. As I have always bought my large appliances from retail stores again I was extremely worried as to what I might receive having only seen and read the description digitally. I ordered holding my breath but your staff were brilliant in their organisation and communication skills. My range cooker arrived with perfection. I am so happy”

“I just received my Bosch dishwasher (bargain at £100 cheaper than Currys) this was my second item from Appliance depot, I bought a fridge freezer last year. You can see they are well run and organised company, minutes after I paced the order I had a phone call to confirm a delivery date. Order made Saturday, delivered on Thursday. The driver was pleasant and very helpful too!”

“Excellent service and communications. We purchased a Britannia range cooker at a very competitive price, with the added bonus of interest free credit. The cooker was delivered in 5 days and the driver went above and beyond in getting this very bulky and heavy appliance into our kitchen. Very impressed with Appliance Depot and happy to recommend”
