Ordered a cooker hood with a damaged box. Once opened found the product was badly damaged. Contacted them by email with photos which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and a full refund including delivery charge was issued. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Couldn't fault shopping experience with Appliance Depot. Order taken by phone which was easy. Given a delivery date which was adherred to. Excellent communication with driver who was more than helpful. Thankyou so much

Ordered £4k worth of product and realised once it arrived that it was covered in odd dents. Thankfully, nothing that could be seen post-install and therefore I ignored; however, the fridge freezer was missing all the parts. I couldnt get the kitchen installed before Christmas, so I had to wait 6 weeks, which surpasses their T&C's of 2 days for reporting missing items. When I called them for help, I was reminded of this and told to sort it myself with the manufactuer. I did. Which cost me more money, and although not much, was a real inconvenience and extremely poor display of customer service. I recommended friends to TAD, one of whom placed an order. Despite what the T&C's say, the unit was bought and paid for with TAD and never unboxed. It could not be installed on time and has created an incredible amount of hassle. For that reason, I find it crazy that common sense did not prevail and they did not help me. So, fair warning to all those reading this, the units are not factory boxes, heavily damaged, and like mine, missing entire installation parts. In hindsight, I did not save money ordering from them, and since I'm here, images attached of the minor damage to the unit, given its lack of original boxed protection.

I have recently purchased a dish washer, the customer service was outstanding really happy with the dishwasher and a very price, the chap with the short dark hair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I think his name was Richard Would recommend

I made the wrong choice of cooker which was my fault, wrong power requirement so I needed to send it back. There was a restocking charge and also a collection cost. The driver and company were very helpful in getting to the house before the alloted time which was much appreciated. I would use again. But be more careful on the suitability of the product. Thabk you for your assistance.

Just had my single spout kitchen CDA tap fitted which you supplied .This was described as brand new which it was . With your discount applied including Fed ex postage and very well packed it came to £60 . The tap is stunning and is priced elsewhere at £140 . I had a Smeg Pyrolytic oven from you around 6 years ago and at a third of the retail price and that too came with no marks or damage but had been described as having the oven glass replaced . This has also worked very well . Will keep telling everyone I know about you .Thank you .

Website was easy to understand and to navigate the required stages to complete my purchase at a very competitive price. When I contacted by phone the operative I spoke to on the IT team was very helpful. I would certainly consider using them in future should I have the need. The delivery team were also very prompt In following up my order with delivery details.

They are delivering my oven and leaving it at the bottom of the stairs. I live in a second floor flat and I am expected to bring it up myself will not be ordering from this company again no help at all.

30/08/25: I ordered a used combi microwave from The Appliance Depot with 3 months warranty. 08/09/25: the microwave was delivered. I was advised to check it ASAP to report any damage or faults. 22/09/25: a qualified electrician fitted, but after a few days it became apparent that unit had a faulty panel, and possibly a fault with the microwave. 01/10/25: I reported the faulty appliance to Appliance Depot (AD) on 01/10/25 via email, and asked to return the unit. I did not feel comfortable keeping an appliance that costs over £1500 knowing that it had faults, and only 3 months warranty. 03/10/25: I chased AD again, as I had not received any sort of acknowledgement of my return request. 04:10/25: AD offered to repair the fault. 04/10/25: I declined the offer of a repair, as I had lost faith in this particular appliance, and didn’t want to risk a further fault developing after the remaining 2 months warranty had expired. I asked AD to process a return and refund. 07/10/25: I chased AD again, not having heard anything from them, and suggested that surely they had a documented returns process that should be straight forward to implement. 10/10/25: I chased AD again, not having heard anything from them, and expressed my disappointment in AD’s post sales customer service. 13/10/25: I chased AD again, not having heard anything from them. I advised that I would contact my credit card company and seek some legal consumer advice. I also told them I would be documenting my experience in this review today. Let’s see what happens next. I think The Appliance Depot is a trustworthy company, until there is something wrong with an appliance they have sold. I only now notice the summary on this review site regarding their “Refunds Process – Difficult” and “Returns Process – Could be Better”. Personally, I wouldn’t risk buying a “graded” nor “used” product from then again – too much money at risk, and not worth the stress.
