“What an amazing service, price was the best, ordering really easy, customer service was fantastic arranging delivery and delivery was brilliant, whanot to mention the chap who delivered my Matrix integrated fridge, nothing was too much trouble getting it into the house! Highly recommended and will certainly order again”

“Buying the appliance was easy. They were friendly, responsive and happy to take my money. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely when I needed their help. After a serious incident involving the oven, I expected the company to stand behind the product and deal with the matter promptly and professionally. Instead, I have been passed from one person to another, met with constant delays, excuses and very little genuine effort to resolve the issue. The true test of any company is not how they treat you before the sale, but how they treat you when something goes wrong. Electrical appliances can develop faults at any time, and that is precisely when you need a retailer with reliable after-sales support. Sadly, in my experience, this company has failed that test completely. I sincerely hope they resolve this matter without any further delay, but based on my experience so far, I would think very carefully before purchasing from them again.”

“I had my smeg cooker range delivered it was delivered at the time and date that they had arranged the team at the the appliance depot were really helpful in getting me the right size and spec that I wanted Polly went above and beyond to help me .., would highly recommend them..”

“We brought a fridge freezer at a very reasonable price. Customer service was very good. Frank, the delivery driver rang us 30 mins before arrival and went the extra mile in helping us get the fridge freezer into the kitchen. Fridge Freezer is as described and we are very happy with it.”
