“Great service and a quality Fridge Freezer at a great price. Delivered as promised. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you get a chance to visit the Depot it offers great options in goods and you could find yourself buying other items too but the website is also easy to navigate and shop from.”

“In a world where it is impossible to speak to retailers, this one actually called me within hours of me placing an order. They called to confirm details of the order and the delivery process. This level of service is rare nowadays. Keep up the good work!”

“I don’t even want to give you one star. The most awful experience I have had. My extractor hood was damaged. I could not examine this until my kitchen was being fitted - but because this was more than 48 hours was sent a email which says after this no liability. Great customer service….not. Delivery man manhandled an already damaged box into my house. Buyer beware this is a company that sells cheaper but you get cheap rubbish!”

“They resolved the problems and I am very happy with my new oven. But, the website needs to be clearer as to where you see what level of "Graded" a purchase is. Also I got two stories as to why my replacement delivery had to be rescheduled. When I called, I first got a little bit of a run around but when I spoke to a manager everything was dealt with efficiently, in a timely fashion and I am very happy with my purchase.”

“Great looking cooker arrived up in the very North of the Highlands at the nominated time as promised. The Appliance Depot are clearly very efficient, for example, when a small issue arose it was quickly and easily resolved. Special thumbs up for Irena who followed the pre-sales communication with after sales help by email and a phone call.”
