“The delivery was on time and messages were sent to say when arrival was to be expected. The driver helped to carry the new fridge into the kitchen. The minor dents on the side of the under-counter fridge were of no significance once the fridge was in place, and were exactly as portrayed on the website. The price saving against an undamaged fridge from another supplier was around £100.”

“Polly was very helpful on the phone and explained all about the appliance and was very friendly .the oven was reasonably priced and it was explained to us that there was a small dent on the side which wouldn't be seen when fitted. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful . The price of delivery was also very good. All in all a good service.”

“Great communication between Sales staff using live chat to answer a query and afterwards, the driver delivering the goods at the time stated was very helpful. Only damage was to a minor piece of packing, appliance not effected at all. Driver waited while we checked the appliance was in order. We asked for delivery dates and picked one that suited our commitments with no hassle at all. Cannot fault them at all, appliance is great and cheaper than other websites.”

“An overall great experience. Price was great for a graded fridge that only had box damage. Anna kept us informed on delivery times, and on the day Mickey the driver called ahead to say he was coming. Mickey went the extra mile in his delivery service, initially we thought it would not pass down our tricky path, but he managed it perfectly. He waited and allowed us to inspect the fridge by removing the box, all was perfect. Mickey was jovial and courteous throughout. Overall customer service and product pricing were brilliant.”

“First of all, the only chat is a real person, and the person manning the online chat is brilliant! you get quick responses and a personal service, so that is a big tick straight away for me. Appliances delivered super quick, and on the expected day/time. Even got a phone call beforehand to organise delivery to suit me! very good service, and proper happy! There was damage to one item that wasnt listed in the desciption, which must have happened in transit, but again brilliant service and offered a partial refund for the issue.”

“I bought an ex display appliance. It was competitively priced and arrived as promised. The only problem I have is that the appliance has a couple of dents, which weren’t in the description. Have messaged them to let them know, but have had no response as yet. Having said that, it’s an integrated appliance and appears to be working fine.”

“Five stars for customer service - no question of having to "chat" online - they have real people to speak to who are friendly, professional and very helpful. I was given a very accurate delivery time when I rang the day before, and although there was a slight problem with the item it was quickly resolved. I would definitely look at the Appliance Depot first in the future.”

“The way this company organise delivery is nothing short of brilliant. I’ve purchased two items over the last couple of months and have been kept up to date with delivery days & times - this is so important as nobody likes to continually chase up delivery or wait in all day for a package that never arrives. The smeg sink and freezer were fantastic but it’s the customer service which makes this company one I will go back to.”

“We have placed a order for colection. I have send one of the employee to collect the item. However they call me when he was already ther and told me that the transaction showed as fraud and they need to refund the money and I will have to pay again when I will come to collect but the refund will tale 5 days. Got ther today and pay as have no choice so paid on my card and they give me a invoice and collection address 15 min away from them office. What a waste of time .”

“Great efficient services. I was struggling to use my cc for the online payment, within no time I had an email from the support team asking if I needed assistance. I was then able to pay over the phone. Subsequently, I've email them a few questions and they respond within the hour. Very friendly and polite. Delivery was prompt and on time. Very happy with their service.”
