Everyone I spoke to at The Appliance Depot was so helpful and personable, especially Charlie. I asked if I could go and see the oven before I bought it and the sales team in Leicester made that very easy. When I arrived at the warehouse, the oven was ready for me to look at. Paying over the phone was quick and straightforward. The day before the delivery I received both a phone call and an email giving me an estimated delivery time. The driver rang me on the morning to inform me of the 2 hour delay to the delivery time (not his fault - traffic!). He was very friendly and helped remove the packaging so that I could check the oven before he left. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I will have no hesitation in buying from The Appliance Depot again.
