website a bit temperamental service was good apart from the 3rd party delivery service who were a day late and not helpful one little bit.

Excellent website, fair price and good communication, but surprised that for such a large appliance only the delivery driver was sent to deliver it? I will consider other options when purchasing other appliances ( Range cooker etc) over the next month. What could have been a 5 star rating is thus reduced to 3 star, your delivery service is crucial to this kind of purchase!

Ok, but when the machine didn't work, when the manufacturer took to long to try to get it repaired I tried to get a refund Trade depot wouldn't accept forcing me to wait even longer for a repair (Bought in January now March) and still waiting for repair.

Very disappointed when the item description said it was perfect but no box and it arrived with a damaged oven handle , wasted a week waiting for it to be delivered and now back to square one . However the customer service and refund were outstanding and that to me was the most important. Money was refunded within 24 hours . Overall i wouldn’t buy again as wouldn’t trust the description. .

Smeg range cooker shipped on time with excellent communications. Just as described with light dents as advertised. Unfortunately a number of components required to install it were missing however which has left me without a cooker for a few days - telephone calls are answered promptly but it is taking some time to get the missing parts.

I bought an ex display appliance. It was competitively priced and arrived as promised. The only problem I have is that the appliance has a couple of dents, which weren’t in the description. Have messaged them to let them know, but have had no response as yet. Having said that, it’s an integrated appliance and appears to be working fine.

There are some good deals, especially in clearance, but be aware that there are grades of use and cosmetic damage. Some items are basically new, but have dints/scratches. Issues with my appliance, which I did not realise would be left in the middle of the room for me to put in place, which is fine, if you know in advance. It took some time to get an engineer out (thank heavens for the warranty), which was necessary before AD would do anything. It was finally replaced with another machine (which I went out and chose/checked first). This time, the delivery man kindly plugged it in and left it in place for me. Lovely lady in the office got it sorted out for me, and happy now I have a working appliance.

The price was good and the appliance seems really good. Sadly it got damaged during delivery. I then re-organised (although that was stressful due to unhelpful staff member) but then had to go out in the afternoon. tried to get some re-assurance that either delivery would be in the morning or we would just reschedule but the staff were unwilling to do that and when I phoned on the day before I got this woman who said if I was not in for the delivery I would be charged £50 and she was not able to tell me when it would be delivered except it was likely to be afternoon and she was not willing to countenance re-arrangement. So for me I got stress I do not need after things had gone wrong with the original delivery and I had to deal with a member of staff whose manner was very poor.

Great phone service from the girls, delivery also spot on with a phone call 30 mins before, unfortunately the Hob was missing a vital part to make the electrical connection, fortunately my dad is a qualified electrician so this wasn’t a problem for us. Instructions supplied were useless and in polish.

The fixing kit was perfect, but £75 delivery was ridiculously expensive, the part could have been sent via Royal Mail or parcel to go, instead of FedEx

The waiting time for delivery was 16 days. This is not indicated when placing an order, you cannot select a date/time slot at checkout. Delivery charge is £30 and then it is only 1 driver so you need to have some strong man available at home to help. The driver is not insured to carry the appliance any steps or stairs (officially). However if you pay him additional £10 then he will help you get appliance inside. Total £40 for this "quality" delivery is quite high price, compared to other, bigger appliance sellers. Keep that in mind before ordering your appliances, especially if you cannot count on any strong man being present at the time of the delivery.

Fast service and quick dispatch. Jess from customer services called to advise me and book in delivery, advised it would be one of the first out around 7:30am-8am. I reluctantly agreed as she had no alternative options... DISAPOINTINGLY, delivery times are very unreasonable. Driver called me from 5:45AM 3 times to advise me he will be dropping off the machine at 6:15AM. Delivery times NEED to be reasonable, within social hours of 8am-8pm, not before or after that.

I ordered a gas cooker, needing it fast. The delivery service was fine, at the time as advised, and helpful. However, I was annoyed to find that the advertised price was lower by £130 when it arrived, compared to when I ordered it! I complained and was told, in effect, tough luck. So their prices are OK but can change by quite large amounts.

We were happy with the appliance, and delivery when it actually came. However, we stated a specific time slot because we have steps and needed to carry them down, so we were ensuring the right people would be present. As it came a lot later then expected it was tricky to get into the house as the right people were no longer there. But, the delivery driver went above and beyond. So, everything good, bar the delivery time.

Asked the delivery driver if he could take my tumble dryer to the back door instead of the front door, as I have a hernia. He said, " That's not my problem!" He did nevertheless take it round the back. Very shocking to hear such a rude comment.

Web site is average prices good. No choice on delivery date so no idea when will be delivered. They did ring within an hour to confirm delivery Have failed machine so needing to replace ASAP.

I bought an Oven on the site, which I supposed was new, but when delivered - the oven had two big scratches on the control panel (it was not it manufacture's packing, just in bubble wrap). I contacted the office regarding the possible replacement. The office said that there was a little note on site re those scratches (which I haven't notices, I don't remember any note). I would have never bought anything like that, if i knew it was not a brand new. The office stated they never collecting any delivery, to get a refund we need to bring the oven to Lester ourself. Be careful, when you buy anything from them and read carefully all notes on their site.
