“Ordered a cooker hood with a damaged box. Once opened found the product was badly damaged. Contacted them by email with photos which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and a full refund including delivery charge was issued. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.”

“I made the wrong choice of cooker which was my fault, wrong power requirement so I needed to send it back. There was a restocking charge and also a collection cost. The driver and company were very helpful in getting to the house before the alloted time which was much appreciated. I would use again. But be more careful on the suitability of the product. Thabk you for your assistance.”

“They resolved the problems and I am very happy with my new oven. But, the website needs to be clearer as to where you see what level of "Graded" a purchase is. Also I got two stories as to why my replacement delivery had to be rescheduled. When I called, I first got a little bit of a run around but when I spoke to a manager everything was dealt with efficiently, in a timely fashion and I am very happy with my purchase.”
