Ordered a Smeg dual sink stainless steel, ordering went smooth, communication from the company at every step went above and beyond calling to arrange delivery and backing it up with emails, then follow up emails to say what drop we'd be, then a call on the day from the driver saying how far away he was and ETA. Item was well packaged and no damage to the box. Then a follow up call as I wasn't there letting me know it was left in the allocated space. Will definitely be using this company again as for me customer service what matters and they seem to have it spot on, in this world of today it's very rare Thank you. 🙂
