“Absolutely blessed to have Steve, for sending Frank the driver out help me get up the stairs. An absolute true gentleman, top service, 100% professional at all times; and just an all round nice person. I very highly recommend him top man Frank @theappliancedepo”

“Our delivery Driver Frank was fantastic. Despite a flat tyre meaning he was unable to make our delivery slot, he called when he arrived and waited for me to meet him there with a smile on his face. Thanks Frank!”

“The driver called 15 minutes before arrival was polite, extremely helpful going out of his way to get the cooker into my property taking great care to ensure he didn't damage my property as he got the Item in through tight and difficult doors placing where I wanted it generly an excellent service. 😊”

“The first oven was damaged when it was delivered, they collected the oven and replaced it, with in a couple of days. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, I would use this company again.”

“Always my go to place for any kitchen appliances. They have amazing range of stuff, which if you want you can visit but their online descriptions are very good and lots of the stuff is boxed and perfect - and still at an unbeatable price. We all like a bargain, but the service is great too - very honest about any marks on their 'seconds' goods and if theres a problem later on, they fuly support their guarantees, no fobbing off. Have bought loads here, they have masses of Smeg stuff but other makes too, so if you have to replace a kitchen appliance and its an odd size, try them first.”
