“Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me choose the right appliance without any pressure. Prices were very competitive, delivery was quick, and everything arrived exactly as described. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that still values proper customer service. “Shocking company selling appliances that are advertised as no damage and it's just the repackaging purchased a fridge freezer big dent in the side and washer dryer which looked and smelt like it had been used avoid this company.”

“Ordered a cooker hood with a damaged box. Once opened found the product was badly damaged. Contacted them by email with photos which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and a full refund including delivery charge was issued. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.”
