“Service was quick and within the paid for timeframe. Only drawback was not receiving any communications once I had received confirmation of payment to let me know when my documents had arrived, once they were apostilled and then when they were on their way back to me. Given the urgency of this type of service and the value of the documents you’re handing over, I think sending regular communications as to the status of things would reassure people.”

“The company got the job done, despite the difficulties that it presented. It was an international commission, from an international student long time outside the UK. Some laws, rules, and regulations have changed and the company had to deal with that. I felt well-supported and got my papers promptly (considering the consulate red tape, etc.). They were polite, and that is nice for a change. Staff-wise the company seems to be running efficiently, and there are certainly some very experienced employees that raise the company to high professional standards. You can quickly see who is experienced, and who is not when difficulties arise. There is some younger/more inexperienced staff too, but it was not a problem. Overall I would certainly recommend their services, and I would have no problems contacting them again (which is very possible) in the future.”

“On the whole, I found this service to be fast and efficient with one caveat! The courier service they use are untrustworthy. Being given a date and time window for delivery, and waiting in for that delivery, and then receiving a message stating a delivery was attempted, but nobody was home was extremely infuriating. And to top it off, being told they had left a card when they clearly hadn't, just makes them very untrustworthy. When you consider the sensitivity of the documents they are trusted with, doesn't give you much confidence. I know this might be an isolated incident, but its the fact I was blatantly lied to is what's flagged up here!!”

“Excellent service. I tried them with Apostille and an attestation of a marriage certificate. The only reason for giving 4, not 5, is because of the courier service they are contracted with (DX Express). DX Express is not great at all. The delivery driver has the strategy of hitting the bell and running! Unless you are at home next to your door, you never catch them, which is disappointing given the importance of the documents they possess most of the time.”

“I received my documents back yesterday after a total of 6 weeks. This was far longer than I had anticipated especially as I was told it would take 7-10 days. Nevertheless they have returned and I can now send them onto the school in UAE. Communication was good when I emailed to ask where the documents were and they explained the reasons for the delays (not apostille.org fault). Maybe it would be good to have a more realistic time frame shown as I wouldn't mind waiting if the 6 weeks if told this. Also just a suggestion to maybe email the tracking number for the return of the document. Overall though I am happy with the service and thank you for all the help.”

“Overall, a good service. Particularly, now that the whole process is online, i.e. no need to send the signed document indicating the required apostille service and delivery option. However, it would have been good to receive notification once the document arrived and left the apostille service´s facilities. I just found out that the apostille service was completed once I got the text message indicating the delivery.”
