The processing is fast as it could be seen from the website. However, the delivery by first class post was lethargic as probably the amount of stamp was underpaid, hence I received my documents after 10 days from the date of shipping and it was not trackable. For the fee being charged the minimum type of post should be first class tracked postage. You can imagine someone hanged for 10 days waiting for original documents.

We’re sorry to hear that delivery took longer than expected on this occasion. As selected during checkout, your order was sent via First Class post, which is an economy service offered free of charge. While Royal Mail usually delivers within 2–3 working days, delays do sometimes occur and unfortunately this service does not offer tracking. For clients who prefer a more secure option, we do offer a fully tracked next-day courier service. However, we understand that some customers choose First Class post to avoid the need for a signature, especially if they are not always at the delivery address. We appreciate your comments and are always looking to improve the clarity around delivery options to help clients choose the most suitable method for their needs.
Worse than useless. Robots without brains and conscious. Two orders two fails. They just follow the procedure and don't think.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that all requested services were completed, including the apostille with solicitor certification, translation of the front of your DBS certificate, translation of the apostille, and a scanned copy of the completed documents. The translation of the reverse side of the DBS certificate was not included in the original order, and as this is rarely required for official use, it was not automatically included. However, if you do need this additional translation, we are happy to assist and have already offered a reduced fee to complete it as soon as possible. We always encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns so that we can find a solution. Please reach out, and we’d be happy to help.
Can't get through on the phone, and when you do very rude customer service, especially from one girl called Chloe. Bad attitude!

This is the worst legalisation service I had to deal with ever n my life: 1. Delay in replying to emails, at least 24hr for every email, and the excuse from the customer service that we have a lot of emails in the inbox😁😁. 2. Very stupid policy that needs verification of my document from the employer and must be official email address and I have to contact the employer to do that three times. 3. Then after seven days of emails and Phone calls, they started processing the application and I have to wait for another 10 working days. So, why Im using the service then if. Have to wait for more than two weeks to get my document legalised!!!! 4.The customer service was very unhelpful and blaming me for the delay and finally saying, if you want I can withdraw your application!!!! 5. Such a waste of time and money and effort I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I have looked into your order and am happy to clarify the timescales and other points you raised. 1) During the summer months the demand for document legalisation increases considerably and means replies to emails sent to us can be delayed. We do send an auto response to emails asking you to call or use online chat for an immediate response. Usually emails are replied to within an hour or two. 2) Your document was issued by a UK company containing facts we could not verify and no exiting legal certification we could reply on. We therefore needed the issuing company to confirm the facts are accurate before we certify the documents. This due diligence ensures only genuine documents are processed through our service and unfortunately can not be avoided with a document like yours. We can not control how long it takes a third party to reply to our request for verification. 3) Your order did not include embassy attestation but did need this service. We offered this to you and stated the timescale as 10 days. It was not mandatory that we did this but is required before you can use the document in the intended country. 4) You were not happy with the timescale required to do the additional embassy work and we offered you the option to cancel the service you had paid for if you wanted to try alternative routes. You accepted this offer. 5) We have refunded in full all money paid as you requested. As mentioned the verification process takes time and is not within our control. We are sorry you are dissatisfied with the process involved, we aim to make this as simple as possible and to be a transparent as possible with timescales. We do hope you have now managed to process your document elsewhere. Many thanks.
Possibly the worst company you could use ....AVOID AVOID..just use the official Legalisation Office better than these scammers

I have reviewed your order details and can see we received your document on 15/02/24 then completed and dispatched your order on 16/02/24. This is the fastest possible time frame. It appears Royal Mail delivered your item to an incorrect address close to your delivery location. We have been in contact via email communication to help resolve the delivery issue. The documents were not enclosed in do not bend envelope and they were bent although I sent them in do not bend envelope!

I am sorry to hear we have been let down by the postal service on this occasion. We would like the opportunity to rectify this for you. Please email us with images of the documents in question.
Poor service and fake rejection claimed for the document. Once checked with the superintendent registrar, it was clear of the fake claim to try to make you purchase a duplicate certificate from apostille.org.uk. I asked for proof of the rejection but they couldn't provide it. Poor service, wouldn't recommend and won't be using again

Dear Steve, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with our service. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. The vast majority of documents are issued with the apostille on the first attempt. This, however, is dependant on the signature of the legal official being known to the FCDO. On a given day we are advised by the FCDO which documents are temporarily rejected and the reasoning for this in a generic form, i.e. – 2 x Birth certificates – Registrar signature query 1 x Solicitor certified document – Solicitor signature query The rejection notices do not make explicit reference to the names on these documents. When such difficulties arrive, we do all we can to work with our clients and the FCDO to resolve this. Generally speaking, we will resubmit the document to the FCDO once we know the signature of the legal official has been verified. We also offer the option to obtain a replacement document that is sealed by the General Register Office, bypassing the need for signature verification, as an alternative solution. I can see the order has now been completed and the document has been safely delivered.
Terrible experience, flight to catch tomorrow submitted documents by hand deliver and paid on 24th July yet the apostille and and uae attestation not done. waste of £700, and no response to resolve the problem after several calls. An error on their part but i will end up paying the price.

I paid to have a document attested / notarised by Apostille & unfortunately the service provided was not up to expectations. I paid for my service around June 7th, and as of today (19th June), all the company have done is send off for a document verification which they said might not come back until July, when I have an overseas job starting this summer & my new company need to start the visa application. No effort to chase up, quite happy to sit back & simply wait. I've gone with another company today who seem much more aware of my situation and need for a prompt service. Would not recommend Apostille if you need a proactive company to assist you.

Thank you for your recent order to verify and legalise a document. Unfortunately, the verification of documents with universities can take several days or weeks to complete. There is no fast track on this service and we can only work as quickly as the university, which is beyond our control. I am sorry that the verification was taking longer than you expected and wish you success getting this completed with another service.
Disappointing service, they translated a death certificate erroneously twice and ended up sending me a birth certificate with somebody else’s personal data in a third language! A full refund is the least I expect for a sub-standard service!

I Drove 1 hour to collect my document from their address but when I went i was told that the document was delivered and that i had to wait 2 more days for it also had to miss my appointment because i did not have the document yet.

I have looked into your concerns and can see there was some confusion regarding your instructions regarding return delivery after several changes to the order. The notes on the order show the following: - the order was initially placed with the instruction to return using our next day UK courier service - you then emailed us to ask us to change the order to a collection on completion - you then later rang and reverted back to a next day courier as per the original order - you then rang on the afternoon of completion and asked if the order was ready. We confirmed it was ready not realising your intention was to now come and collect which was another amendment to the order. We had already booked the courier to collect and it was collected shortly afterwards. The document was dispatched yesterday and will be delivered today so will only be one day longer than you wanted, not two days. Hopefully this will allow enough time for you to make your appointment. We do try very hard to complete all orders as quickly as possible but ask clients to leave enough time for small delays during very busy periods as we can not give a guaranteed completion time. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope you make your appointment in good time.
They are saying unable to verify my degree from my university but actually I already gave them a website which my university said is the only way but they refuse and ask for GBP50 more for it. Means they unable to do it but other can from the 1st step, so I want them to return my money but I don’t receive it yet.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not feel this is a fair reflection of our service. We received a copy of your degree via email. For degree certificates sent to us digitally, we have to verify the documents are legitimate with the issuing university before our solicitor can certify these. In response to your email, we offered various options for doing so – Option 1 – you arrange for someone at the university to email us a confirmation of your qualifications (this could be a tutor or the records/admin office) Option 2 – some universities allow students to share their documents or qualifications with third parties via a website/portal Option 3 – you pay us a £50 verification fee and complete a consent form, and we will try and verify the qualification with the university ourselves. This may take time to do. If we are undertaking the additional administration of completing these verification checks directly with the University (Option 3) then there is a fee associated with this to cover the time and costs we incur in doing so. I am not aware of any reliable solicitor who would be willing to certify a degree certificate without seeing the original or without some form of direct verification of the document from the University. I am sorry to hear you do not want to continue with this order. We received your request for a cancellation and refund 20 minutes before you left your review. I have since arranged for your order to be cancelled and a full refund has been issued to your card.
I paid for a 7-8 day apostille service. They then charged me an additional £20 unnecessarily. The documents arrived very very late - 2 weeks late in fact. They kept promising to deliver by a certain date and then I would receive a text about how they could not deliver on that day - The courier service they use is atrocious. The employees who do the customer service though were professional and polite however.

It does affect our reputation as a company when we are let down by the courier service used. I can assure you we regularly review the delivery options we offer. After reviewing the order, I can see we initially received your document on 08/02/2023. We were then able to complete the full Vietnamese attestation process and dispatched the completed order on 16/02/2023. A high level of customer service is of the utmost importance to us so it is reassuring to hear you found the team to be professional and polite in your interactions with us. We will be refunding the return delivery fee to your card as a gesture of good will.
These guys are absolutely hopeless. They have completely failed at what they said they would do. They are slow, they are unreliable and they do not get documents to people on time as guaranteed. To make things worse, they don't have a service to speak to them on weekends which has led me to write this review out of frustration.

Your document initially arrived at our office on 17/01/2023 and we completed and dispatched your order on 18/01/2023. Unfortunately, the courier firm used for delivery has let us down on this occasion. We have been in contact with them today to pursue this and get this resolved as quickly as possible. I can see the delivery fee has been refunded to you and we have also been in email correspondence with you regarding this today.
I had a very bad experience with service. I sent my documents to be have apostille stamp and to be legalized by the emabassy. It has been 40 days now and still didn't get my documents back. They sent my document in a patch and some of the other documents in the same patch are delayed and causing delay to my document. And they cannot even dispatch it and get it back to me. It is causing delay in my family gathering and along with the ongoing stress and waste of time. I wish I did all the procedures myself. So disappointing.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with our service and I would like to offer our sincerest apologies on behalf of the embassy for the undue delay with this order. We do make every effort to process all orders as quickly as possible and the vast majority of documents are completed with the expected processing times. Unfortunately, we were let down by the embassy with a particular batch of documents submitted to them. However, I can see that the order has now been completed. Further to our email correspondence, we have also refunded the embassy part of the fee as a gesture of goodwill.
What was advertised was a speedy 10 day service. What I got was a 60 day service, zero communication, and a reluctant exasperated approach to customer service. A truely painful experience.

During the busy summer period we posted regular status updates on our site as well as via auto-responses sent via email. I have reviewed the order in question and I can see that after receiving the initial order on 18/07/22 we completed the full UAE attestation service and dispatched the order 17 working days later in line with the estimated processing times quoted at that time. We work very hard to expedite all orders and meet our targeted processing times. However, the processing times are not a guarantee or promise. Occasionally an order can take longer. We work with many other organisations and we are impacted by their service levels. This includes government services, solicitors, registrars, embassies, couriers, and many other third-party organisations. After reviewing your order, I can see that you initially requested the airmail return delivery option. The local postal service in the country you asked us to send the document to were unable to deliver the item. This is something that is outside of our control. This was subsequently returned to our office 17 working days later. Upon receipt of the returned order, we contacted you and we then dispatched the order to the new address you provided using the DHL express courier service at our cost. I can see this has now been safely delivered. Our processing times are now back to normal.
According to the Courier service I used, your company received my documents on the 27th.. let's say the 29th I'll give them that window period...It's 3 days later and I heard nothing from them yet. I will not use this service again..they promise you the world but yet here I am and not a single word. You advertise speedy delivery and the service is the opposite and please don't give that nonsense excuse of covid and backlogs..then don't advertise that you are a fast delivery service

The tracking information you have provided via email confirms the item is still in transit with Parcelforce. The first contact we received from you was via email late on 29/08/2022. We responded to this the following morning. The apostille process cannot be started until we have received your physical document. Once we do have this in our office please be assured that we will make every effort to process this as quickly as possible. We complete the vast majority of apostille orders in just 2-3 working days at present. Unfortunately, we have no control over the method of postage used to send orders to us or how quickly these items reach our office. We look forward to receiving your order and processing this.
Only use this service if you don't mind your documents being damaged. They returned my degree certificates in a standard envelope, without "do not bend" written on the envelope. My certificates arrived folded. I asked them for an explanation, they responded that this is their standard procedure. No apology given. They should make this clear to customers when they are ordering and give them the option to pay for a proper envelope/ advise them to send one.

Dear Amy, I am sorry to hear the order is taking a little longer than expected to be delivered to you. I have reviewed the order details and I can see that there has been some miscommunication which I do apologise for. Whilst we did complete the apostille process within the expected processing times the Spanish Sworn Translation was not yet ready when you spoke to my colleague previously. The order was dispatched 2 working days ago on 20/05/2022 via first class post as requested. First class post can take approximately 2-3 working days on average. We anticipate this being delivered shortly. I understand you have also discussed this on the phone with our team earlier this morning. Thank you for your understanding.
