I placed my order 10 days ago .I try to call them last few days but of course nobody answer the phone. Online chat is just useless as is always offline. I am Very disappointed!

I have reviewed your order details and can see we received your document on 15/02/24 then completed and dispatched your order on 16/02/24. This is the fastest possible time frame. It appears Royal Mail delivered your item to an incorrect address close to your delivery location. We have been in contact via email communication to help resolve the delivery issue. They are saying unable to verify my degree from my university but actually I already gave them a website which my university said is the only way but they refuse and ask for GBP50 more for it. Means they unable to do it but other can from the 1st step, so I want them to return my money but I don’t receive it yet.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not feel this is a fair reflection of our service. We received a copy of your degree via email. For degree certificates sent to us digitally, we have to verify the documents are legitimate with the issuing university before our solicitor can certify these. In response to your email, we offered various options for doing so – Option 1 – you arrange for someone at the university to email us a confirmation of your qualifications (this could be a tutor or the records/admin office) Option 2 – some universities allow students to share their documents or qualifications with third parties via a website/portal Option 3 – you pay us a £50 verification fee and complete a consent form, and we will try and verify the qualification with the university ourselves. This may take time to do. If we are undertaking the additional administration of completing these verification checks directly with the University (Option 3) then there is a fee associated with this to cover the time and costs we incur in doing so. I am not aware of any reliable solicitor who would be willing to certify a degree certificate without seeing the original or without some form of direct verification of the document from the University. I am sorry to hear you do not want to continue with this order. We received your request for a cancellation and refund 20 minutes before you left your review. I have since arranged for your order to be cancelled and a full refund has been issued to your card.
When you send an important and unique original document for a company to handle time-sensitive notary services on your behalf remotely, you want that company to be absolutely trustworthy and professional. Apostille Services was incredible in those regards. I was always able to communicate with an AS team member to have updates on the progress of my degree's attestation procedures. The team was fast, responsive, reassuring, and always willing to offer support and answer my questions. I couldn't have asked for better. I would recommend Apostille Sevices to anyone interested in their services. They are also accredited by the UK Ministry of Foreign Affairs and for a reason. That's a Five out of Five review for me!

10/10….I had a quote from a local solicitor for my 2 documents for £350 , Apostille serviced did the same job for £154, I received them back 3 working days later by DX Courier, I’m very happy with this service and will recommend to my friend who needs the same apostille stamp on his documents.

According to the Courier service I used, your company received my documents on the 27th.. let's say the 29th I'll give them that window period...It's 3 days later and I heard nothing from them yet. I will not use this service again..they promise you the world but yet here I am and not a single word. You advertise speedy delivery and the service is the opposite and please don't give that nonsense excuse of covid and backlogs..then don't advertise that you are a fast delivery service

Thank you for your feedback. We are slightly confused with this review considering we have not yet received your order. The tracking information you have provided via email confirms the item is still in transit with Parcelforce. The first contact we received from you was via email late on 29/08/2022. We responded to this the following morning. The apostille process cannot be started until we have received your physical document. Once we do have this in our office please be assured that we will make every effort to process this as quickly as possible. We complete the vast majority of apostille orders in just 2-3 working days at present. Unfortunately, we have no control over the method of postage used to send orders to us or how quickly these items reach our office. We look forward to receiving your order and processing this.
Only use this service if you don't mind your documents being damaged. They returned my degree certificates in a standard envelope, without "do not bend" written on the envelope. My certificates arrived folded. I asked them for an explanation, they responded that this is their standard procedure. No apology given. They should make this clear to customers when they are ordering and give them the option to pay for a proper envelope/ advise them to send one.

Dear Amy, I am sorry to hear the order is taking a little longer than expected to be delivered to you. I have reviewed the order details and I can see that there has been some miscommunication which I do apologise for. Whilst we did complete the apostille process within the expected processing times the Spanish Sworn Translation was not yet ready when you spoke to my colleague previously. The order was dispatched 2 working days ago on 20/05/2022 via first class post as requested. First class post can take approximately 2-3 working days on average. We anticipate this being delivered shortly. I understand you have also discussed this on the phone with our team earlier this morning. Thank you for your understanding.

I had a really really awful experience with this company that has now actually put my job situation in jeopardy. I was on a tight schedule due to the visa system in Colombia and needed my documents as soon as possible. I bypassed the free delivery option (2-3 working days) and paid for next day delivery due to this stressful situation. I then received my documents a week later. This has now caused my application to be automatically cancelled by Migration Colombia. I tried to be understanding about this situation, but my new visa request will now not be processed in time to start my job for the academic year. I will likely be fired due to this. The reason the company gave for this was that I misinterpreted a question I was asked when I was originally giving my order. When I answered the question incorrectly, no one told me that this was an issue or that I needed to give a correct response as soon as possible in order to receive my documents. I misinterpreted the question on Monday 21st of June and the company did not explain the issue until Thursday 24th (after I expressed concern about the lateness - they would not have explained the issue if I hadn't inquired). They then told me that the documents would arrive Tuesday 29th (bear in mind that the company would have received them on Wednesday 23rd and I paid for next day delivery). In actual fact, they arrived Wednesday 30th, When I politely questioned them and was concerned about why my documents were arriving so late, the lady I spoke to was rude and defensive. I am not leaving this review to be cruel but rather to warn people on a tight schedule that this is not the company for them. I am utterly distraught that I paid £148 for the privilege of potentially losing my job. I hope that the company realises that they need to be more honest about delivery times as sometimes their customers livelihoods depend on these documents being sent in the time that they commit to.

Many thanks for your feedback on your order. I am sorry to hear the delay to your document has caused some issues. I have looked into this order in detail to understand what happened in this case. It appears the issue occurred as it was not clear if you wanted us to legalise the original document or make a copy to legalise. We asked this question prior to the document arriving and did not receive an answer. When the original document arrived in our office for processing we asked the question again and waited for a response. Looking at the email chain it appears the question created some confusion and you were not entirely clear what we were asking. This led to the delay in us starting the process for a few days. Once the issue was resolved we completed the next day and delivered to your address the next working day. Unfortunately we must establish whether it is the original or a copy to be legalised before we can start. If we incorrectly assume it is the original this would result in a valuable document be certified, stamped and apostilled without a client’s consent. We understand any delay to an order is very frustrating, especially when an important deadline is only a few days away. We ask that apostilles are ordered as soon as possible to allow time for issues with incomplete order information or signature verification to be resolved. The vast majority of apostille orders are complete and dispatch the day after we receive them. Our team are also available on the phone to answer any questions in more detail and clarify any points that are not clear in email communication. We have refunded the return delivery charge as a gesture of good will. Kind regards Steve
