On the whole, I found this service to be fast and efficient with one caveat! The courier service they use are untrustworthy. Being given a date and time window for delivery, and waiting in for that delivery, and then receiving a message stating a delivery was attempted, but nobody was home was extremely infuriating. And to top it off, being told they had left a card when they clearly hadn't, just makes them very untrustworthy. When you consider the sensitivity of the documents they are trusted with, doesn't give you much confidence. I know this might be an isolated incident, but its the fact I was blatantly lied to is what's flagged up here!!
