“Service was good but I emailed asking yr guys to email me a copy of the police report when u received it which would let us start processing paperwork for Kuwait ministry. Your guys waited until the police report came back from Kuwait embassy in London before they emailed copy to me. This negated the reason for getting the report asap.”

Thank you for the review of our service. When customers order a scan of the documents we complete the legalisation service and then send scan copies of the document and the relevant embassy stamps. Unfortunately we do not make scan copies of every inbound order as this would take hours every day and delay our service. We completed your document attestation in just 5 working days, emailed a scan of the documents and then dispatched these by DHL as requested. “Service was very good. All of my queries were answered promptly and fully and I received documents in the estimated time. As a point to improve I would have liked to have been kept fully updated as to the process ie when my document was sent to the embassy, when it had been dispatched etc. I can understand that this would increase workload but as I had sent documents from abroad I was always anxious about the the progress. Additionally, I would have liked to have been on touch with 1 person throughout so whenever I had a query it went to the same person who knew the history of what I was waiting for. Many thanks for a very smooth and efficient service. I would definitely recommend and use again.”

“The Apostille Service itself was excellent. However, it was let down badly by its choice of courier who took three days to deliver the envelope. The first day the driver claimed that there was no answer even though I was at home all day, the second day the driver claimed that there was no such address. It took several emails, phone calls and tweets to get a successful delivery. I took time off work to wait at home for deliveries which never arrived. I suggest that The Apostille Service should review its choice of courier and use the Royal Mail Recorded Next Day Delivery instead.”
