“I rang for advice and was helped by a very efficient person. The service was easy to use, clear instructions and fast”

Only drawback was not receiving any communications once I had received confirmation of payment to let me know when my documents had arrived, once they were apostilled and then when they were on their way back to me. Given the urgency of this type of service and the value of the documents you’re handing over, I think sending regular communications as to the status of things would reassure people.”
