The company got the job done, despite the difficulties that it presented. It was an international commission, from an international student long time outside the UK. Some laws, rules, and regulations have changed and the company had to deal with that. I felt well-supported and got my papers promptly (considering the consulate red tape, etc.). They were polite, and that is nice for a change. Staff-wise the company seems to be running efficiently, and there are certainly some very experienced employees that raise the company to high professional standards. You can quickly see who is experienced, and who is not when difficulties arise. There is some younger/more inexperienced staff too, but it was not a problem. Overall I would certainly recommend their services, and I would have no problems contacting them again (which is very possible) in the future.
