“Fast and efficient. A great solution for those living abroad. I did not give 5 stars because of the price, it is a bit expensive, especially the delivery costs.”

“Everything went smoothly and quickly. I would have wished for a bit better communication of arrival of documents, processing and posting documents again. I only received notification from the courier service not from apostille service.”

“I had legalised documents in the past and apart from the apostille the stamps and signatures were put in the front page of the document. In the last documents everything was in the back page. I was answered upon my question that's the way it should be done,yet in the latest document you legalised for me the stamps and signatures were in the front page again. I wonder if this makes any difference. Can I have a responsible answer please? I will file these documents in my application for a state post in my country . I hope there will be no problem.”

Thank you for the review. When legalising documents, the location of the certification by our solicitor depends on the type of document, whether we are processing an original document or a copy and the space available to add the required statements and stamps. It can be added to the front of a document or on the back. Some solicitors have their own preference and prefer not to sign the front. Regardless of the location of our solicitors certification, the apostille is typically added to the back of a document. You will not experience any problems and your documents will be accepted overseas. Thank you for the review. I have checked your order records and I can see there was a small delay with the document. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office did not have a record of the registrar's signature. It took a couple of days longer communicating with the registrar to verify the document. This occurs in around 1-2% of documents. I am pleased that we were able to resolve this and complete the apostille service. Regards, Mike.
