“I really don't know how I'd have got through this stressful time without the calm support and flexibility of The Apostille Service, in particular Lara. She helped me through some very difficult moments when the specialist service we are using for a visa application weren't really sure what we needed to be apostilled and what didn't. “Needed marrage cert and apostille plus translation for Spain paid a lot of money to find the Hague part not translated delayed application and it's my fault you would think as they have done so many they would know what is needed and advised accordingly very dissapointed”

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service. The apostille itself is, in part, presented in Spanish and, in the vast majority of cases where we prepare translations for use in Spain, the receiving authority requires the marriage certificate to be translated but does not require a separate translation of the apostille. Requirements can vary depending on the authority receiving the documents. Had we been advised that the authority dealing with your application specifically required the apostille to be translated as well, we would of course have been able to advise you accordingly and arrange this. We process a significant number of documents for use in Spain and our service was prepared in accordance with the requirements we most commonly encounter. We are sorry that, in this particular case, the receiving authority required something additional.

“Thank you for making an otherwise complex undertaking remarkably simple and trouble-free. Getting certified documents from one country, having them apostilled, and then sent to another…while living in a distant third country…sounds daunting before you even begin. The team at the Apostille Service handled the entire process without fuss, fanfare or error. The official documents were ordered through them on a Thursday, apostilled, and delivered promptly by courier the following Tuesday. It is both refreshing and reassuring to find a company that handles a relatively complex request with such diligence, efficiency and professionalism. An excellent service from beginning to end, and one I would happily use again.”

“Simply put - Use this company; you will not regret it. Not only did they do exactly what they claimed in a fast and efficient manner with good communications throughout, but when DHL messed up the final delivery, the Apostille Service took responsibility for DHL's mistakes and refunded the courier fee directly. It is so refreshing to find a company with correct ethical values and a good sense of building a strong client relationship from the outset. I would recommend them without hesitation and will certainly use them again.”
