“Above and beyond, excellent service. The Apostille Service were fast, efficient, provided timely and accurate updates at every stage of the process. There was an issue with delivery, which was not due to The Apostille Service but rather the handover from Airmail to the destination Country's last mile postal service; they really surprised me by getting everything resolved in a week at no extra cost to me. The lesson is to use DHL courier if you aren't certain of the destination Country's postal service. I'd also like to highlight Lewis's fantasic customer service during the issue - he handled it like a Pro and explained what had happened and then proceeded to get it fixed for me immediately. I will definitely be using you guys again for my Notary and Apostille documentation needs! Thank you again!”

“The Apostile service has been extremely efficient, helpful and reliable to quickly apostile documents and send them abroad. They explained and answered all my questions and were accomodating to my problem. I would highly recommend them as they are invaluable if you cant legalise documents yourself and if you need some extra help as government agencies can be slow or unresponsive.”

“Apostille Service is an exceptional service which I highly recommend. They are able to receive documents from government departments in the UK and to apostile them at great speed and efficiently. Their customer support is outstanding. They remain in regular contact with the client in regards to inquiries and progress of the requests and supply quick and accurate updates in respect to courier deliveries. I requested their premium service to expedite the processing of my documents which were then available for shipment to China within three days and arrived within one week from them being sent to the Apostile Service from the UK government. Highly recommended especially for UK people outside the UK.”

“This was my first time using an apostille agent, and I was very impressed with the service. My documents needed to be legalised by the FCDO and then by the Thai Embassy. From the day I sent my documents to the day I received them back, the whole process took just 7 days. I chose the next-day delivery service for both sending and returning my documents, and everything was handled efficiently.
