I requested for a certified copy of the original to be apostilled and therefore, original to be returned - but you apostilled my original.

This approach is generally accepted by international authorities and ensures the highest level of legal validity. Legalising a copy would have required additional solicitor certification, which was not part of the initial service you selected. We apologise if our ordering process and the implications of apostilling the original document were not made clear. You provided me with a quick and efficient service, but there are issues concerning privacy. My address was not visible in the window of the envelope, but my phone number and email address were. Obviously I wish to keep both private. The postman must have had to shake the envelope in order to see my address. I suggest that you create new forms so that a person's contact details can never be viewed through the window and the address can never slip out of place.

the reason i didn’t put 5 starts is the delivery service. I had paid for signed delivery but DHL not only misdelivered my document but also falsely stated that someone actually signed for it.. It’s my understanding that it should be the Company’s responsibility to ensure the quality of the overall services

The Apostille Service was excellent. However, the receiving business (a bank in Saudi in this case) still is not satisfied with the document from your office. They asked for a lot of other stamps to "complete" the document as per their standard. My expenses related to this cause have amounted to 3000 Saudi Riyal (about 650GBP), a total rip-off to me. It might not relate to your service but I hope a standard is made up to help with these unacceptable prices and procedures.

I can see we received your document on 16/03/2023 and we subsequently completed and dispatched your order on 17/03/2023. We obtained the apostille for your document that was being used in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia acceded to the Hague Apostille Convention on 07/12/2022. This means documents that have been issued with the apostille should be legally recognised in Saudi Arabia as per the terms of Hague Apostille convention. It is concerning to hear the bank in Saudi requested further stamps on your document. This is contradictory to the legal framework Saudi have agreed to be part of. If we can be of any assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Paper apostille was processed quickly and service was generally simple. However, paid £12 extra for scan service which was not delivered and no explanation was provided.

We initially received your documents on 01/11/2022 and completed the order the following day on 02/11/2022. A scan was sent prior to dispatch and I am unsure why you did not receive this. I have resent this to you this morning. If we can be of any further assistance in the future please do not hesitate to get in touch.
The site states 1-2 days to proceed, however, it took slightly more. I paid extra for next day delivery but that doesn't include Saturdays, no info was on their site. I received the letter back on Tuesday as the driver failed to deliver it on Monday, I was at home the whole Monday! Apostille service was helpful and they refunded me for the next day delivery fee, lucky me I manage to catch the deadline for the reason I wanted the apostille.

I have checked your order and we completed the legalisation in the fastest possible timeframe. Unfortunately, Saturday is not a working day which is why the courier firm did not deliver on this day. Thank you for your review. We do not include clients personal telephone numbers on the envelope to keep our client's details private. I can see from your order record that you selected the airmail delivery option which is delivered by your local postal service. With this type of service the post service do not contact you on delivery of the item as they will leave instructions to arrange a re-delivery of the item if you are not at home. Problem with courier delivery, unfortunately Apostille was not informed by courier and therefore resulted in delay in receiving. Could of been prevented if you had been informed, as I had given all of my contact details

Thank you for the feedback. I have reviewed the order records and identified the delay with your document. When the order form was completed you provided the wrong post code in the delivery address. An acceptable service. Could have been more proactive with more information on the initial conversation. I phoned to ask about getting a bank statement certified. The statements had to be resubmitted for reasons that could have been communicated in the initial conversation

Thank you for leaving feedback. I have reviewed the order and it would appear that their were inconsistencies with the documents that were sent to us. The page sequences or page numbers were not consistent so our solicitor could not certify the documents with confidence. Please note the spelling in my name is incorrect. I was about to press “very good” as a comment on your work, but stoped as I saw something needs to be corrected there and might in your system as well ( otherwise no name on the Apostille and the letter, which I have received doesn’t require any correction)

The service was provided and completed in our normal fast processing time of just 1-2 days. When sending the customer an invitation to review our service a typo was made in the person’s name. One letter was entered as an O not an A. We apologise for this error, but this was due the customer’s handwriting on the order form. Leaving a negative review of a service that met or exceeded expectations is not a fair reflection on our company. There was no error with the documents we processed. Thank you.
It would have been a 5 star but the only thing that annoyed me was during my initial inquiry everything was perfect once I made the payment and an extra £10 or £12 for next day delivery a) it took almost a week to be delivered b) no confirmation directly from your company to say you’ve received the payment and you’re processing it and to confirm how long it will take . I had to take it upon myself to send you a copy of payment aswell as chase up the progress. I think after receiving the money the service should have just remained the same cause it was really good before .

The records indicate you made payment for your order using our secure online payment system which automatically provides the customer with confirmation of the payment and notifies us so we can begin processing your order. We completed the apostille process and dispatched the documents on Friday 1st March in the 2 working days we quote for the apostille process. The tracking details for your shipment show the documents were delivered to your address the next working day on Monday 4th March. When dispatching your documents the courier service contact you by email or text message to provide confirmation your documents have been dispatched and an estimated delivery time. Regards, Reece
The service turn around was quick, unfortunately the return service is very poor, the service used to get the documents back deliver during "normal" working hours, unfortunately the service will not give a rough estimate of time just the day of delivery, as i was at work missed the delivery, i have now had to re arrange for a friday and take half a day off work, not very user friendly :-(

Hi, Thank you for your review. We have checked the tracking details for your shipment and can see it was dispatched on the 26th February and delivered at 9:56am on 27th February. The item was sent using the DHL parcel next day service. They provide a 1 hour delivery window by text message on the day of delivery. In your review you have stated they would not provide an estimated delivery time frame and that you missed it on the first delivery attempt. As the tracking details show it was delivered on the first attempt we are unsure if you are confusing a delivery form another company with our delivery. The apostille service was good. However, the delivery was bad.They changed the date of delivery without notice and arrived a time after the latest for the day. Definatelly did not worth the 10£.

Thank you for leaving your comments. Our records indicate that payment for the service was made on the afternoon of Friday 21 September. We then began processing the order on Monday morning. This included the verification of your employment, certification of your employment letter by our solicitor and then submitting the document to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office for the apostille. The order was completed and dispatched on Tuesday afternoon. Your document was then delivered by our courier service at 7.55am on Wednesday morning. The entire order was competed and dispatched in just 2 working days and delivered just a few hours later to your house. The legalisation team work very hard to complete all orders in the shortest time possible. There is no other service that provides this speed of service matched with excellent customer service and market leading prices. Regards, Mike.
From the website there are two things that you are led to believe about the Apostille Service, that they are a fast and secure way of having your documents legalised. Whilst they are fast, unfortunately in my case, they were not secure. My legalised document was delivered to the wrong address even though the correct address was on my order form. Someone signed for it at that address, and I was not able to recover the document afterwards - so someone, somewhere, has my legalised document - not very secure! To be fair to the Apostille Service, when I informed them of this, they offered to fast track a renewal of the document, and the apostille, at no cost to me, so for that I am grateful. However, it still doesn't change the fact that my original document is still in the hands of someone else.

Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look at your order which included the legalisation multiple documents a verification of documents sent to us by email and a translation and overseas return delivery. This requires fees to the university, the UK government, solicitors, a translator and a courier. These have been provided at the best price we can offer and only took a few days to complete. We understand it can be expensive when you have multiple documents and also require multiple services but we do aim to provide them at the most competitive price available. Although document legalisation can be expensive we believe you would not find the services we provided at a cheaper price for the same speed and quality.
