“Overall, a good service. Particularly, now that the whole process is online, i.e. no need to send the signed document indicating the required apostille service and delivery option. However, it would have been good to receive notification once the document arrived and left the apostille service´s facilities. I just found out that the apostille service was completed once I got the text message indicating the delivery.”

“Fast return of documents which I was not expecting. I am not a regular user but they seem to offer a a sppexy turnaround. If you are reading this then you know what an apostille service is. No discounts on multiple documents”

“The service is good and fast, but you are let down by your courier provider. They are utterly useless and unprofessional. You better change the DX courier service you use or you will definitely loose your customers.”

“Excellent and quick turnaround. Only downside, I payed for a hand to hand courier and the delivery guy left it on my post without ringing the bell which I was a bit frustrated as I specifically paid for this service”

“Super fast service - very happy! I received my documents back within 5 days. The only negative is that my original degree certificate (together with the apostilled copy) was put in between two bent pieces of cardboard when sent back to me, which caused damage to my certificate. It is a shame but considering that the return envelope arrived completely wet, I am somewhat glad that the Aspistille Service used 2 pieces of cardboard instead of just a cardboard-backed envelope because my degree certificate could have arrived in even worse condition. Overall a good service, thank you.”

I am sorry to hear the post service bent the envelope when processing your item for delivery. “Good: - Order completed and documents received with minimum effort at my end - Excellent customer service, responded to all emails in a matter of minutes OK: - 6 days from payment to receiving the documents, slightly longer than expected based on the website, but OK for me. Royal Mail delivery was a day late, perhaps because shipping to Scotland. Not so good: - Documents were damaged in the post on the way to the service - not their fault, but I wasn't notified that the documents arrived damaged. - The documents were inadequately packaged on the return trip and were further bent, a cardboard hardback was provided but was insufficient. The last one is a bit of a concern, especially since I've noticed in a couple other reviews that some other people had the same issue, but on the whole if I need a fast apostille service I'd use this one again.”

“The apostille service that I received was straight forward and very time efficient. After receiving my degree certificate back in the post, I noticed that the certificate had been creased. I contacted Apostille Services about this and the customer service team, in particular Lewis Downey, were very helpful in helping me to resolve the issue. I would definitely use this service again in the future.”

“Super fast service and they reply to emails/questions really quickly! Got my documents back in the post within 6 days and the scan of my apostille 3 days after sending it to them. The only thing is that it's quite expensive for them to scan you a copy.”

Thank you for the review. Looking at your order, we completed the apostille in 1 working day after you made payment. The scan and email service is charged as one of the team has to intercept your order from the dispatch process which prevents them from working on others. We then ensure your document correctly scanned, uploaded and an email prepared securely. It is then re-entered into the outbound process and dispatched on the same day it completes the apostille service. Thanks for the feedback. ATB, Mike
