“The Apostille service was good. But l cannot rate excellent. They told me l will pay 10 pounds less price for a duplicate copy paperwork l had got. And finally l paid exactly the same money. Good in overall!”

Thank you for the review. On the day of dispatch the courier system sends an automated email to confirm dispatch and tracking information. It is possible your junk filter settings have intercepted the email. Regards, Mike.

“Very good, reliable and fast service, I strongly recommend it. Only complaint: my original degree was slightly dirty on the front when it arrived and I would have preferred a more resistant package for the delivery (which was quite expensive as well). I didn't receive any update when my order was received, processed or shipped, which I would have liked, but I still got it back earlier than expected.”

“Extremely fast service. I scanned and emailed a copy of my degree to be certified and legalised. I think I received a scanned copy of the legalised document just 1 days later by email, and a further 4 days later by post to Korea. The price was very high, but if you need an Apostille urgently then this is the best service.”

“The APOSTILLE service itself was absolutely great and very fast! The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was the courier service by DHL who were very poor and my parcel wasn't delivered for 3 days no matter multiple efforts from my side and communication either online or on the phone.”

“Service was good but I emailed asking yr guys to email me a copy of the police report when u received it which would let us start processing paperwork for Kuwait ministry. Your guys waited until the police report came back from Kuwait embassy in London before they emailed copy to me. This negated the reason for getting the report asap.”

Thank you for the review of our service. When customers order a scan of the documents we complete the legalisation service and then send scan copies of the document and the relevant embassy stamps. Unfortunately we do not make scan copies of every inbound order as this would take hours every day and delay our service. We completed your document attestation in just 5 working days, emailed a scan of the documents and then dispatched these by DHL as requested.
