“Just about acceptable service. The item took 10 days to arrive and was unusable due to a fault. I wrote 2 emails, neither of which was answered. One was asking why the item was delayed, the other was to request a return. After 4 more days, I called and was politely offered a return for an exchange or refund. I am waiting for that refund.”

“Ordered goods just before Christmas and added to order prior to despatch. Any queries I had Swinnertons replied promptly. The only problem I had was with the courier who delivered to a completely different address in another part of town. The only part of the address that's the same is the first 3 characters of the postcode. I don't hold Swinnertons responsible for this mix-up but the courier has some questions to answer. Fortunately for me, the person who received the parcel in error contacted me and brought the items around.”
