“Haven't shopped with Swinnteron cycles before, but I have been aware of them for a while. They had what I wanted and it was in stock and competitive price. Ordering was easy, a confirmation email came, but then nothing, Emailed 6 days later to see if there was any update to my order, no reply but i did then get the notification of the order being shipped, email reply came a few days after i had received order. I would say communication isn't there strong point (could be the time of year (December)) Would have been 4.5 stars but that's not an option. I would shop with them again”

“It was one of those purchases I wanted asap and with all the delivery issues effecting Xmas I kept closely in touch with Swinnerton. The day they advised it would be delivered; it was! And these days delivering on expectations is excellent. Thank you”

“The reason I gave them 4 stars, is due to the fact I was sent an email alert saying the item I wanted was back in stock, when actually It wasn't, and I only found out after several days when I enquired about something else. Once the item was in stock it was dispatched that day and arrived promptly.”

“Swinnerton delivered my small order within a couple of days in the busy run up to xmas unlike the big (biggest?) online cycle retailer who have not delivered at all 11 days after order. I paid the same delivery charge for both. I will happily use Swinnerton again.”
