Parts missing from my order, it was rectified swiftly but still had to wait for another delivery.

The Vittoria tyre I purchased exploded off the rim after about 200km of riding. I was doing 50km/h down a straight section of road and damaged my Roval CLX-32 rim beyond usable. I've written directly to Vittoria to request they look at the tyre to find out what the problem could be.

Product ordered in August, delivered in December. Item came in and out of stock twice but wasn’t dispatched, had to contact repeatedly for updates.

Great product line. Good prices. Of the three or four times I've ordered, twice the sent the wrong size. They fixed the problem both times with alacrity and good cheer. But still, it's a disincentive to order again.

My product arrived when expected, and in good condition. However, when I attempted to initiate a return (it turns out I needed a larger size) I was met with no response, effectively running out the clock on their return policy. I do not expect to make purchases again from Swinnerton unless I'm comfortable with them being final.

I don't normally reply to market research, but seeing as you asked... I was under the impression i ordered the Rider 750E. Which, i believe includes a heart monitor and a cadence counter. In fact it is still on google feed as still being available. I'm not too put out about it though, but have marked you as only 2 star for that reason. It was a good price, and i am happy with it. But you did ask.

The product was listed as ‘in stock’. It wasn’t. It went via France, then UK & took weeks. Postage for two tiny cleats was exorbitant. I emailed 2 or 3 times with questions and nobody responded. Two stars as product did arrive and was as advertised but customer service with this company is zero. So you are really taking your chances

I place an order online for a bag to take hiking on a 3 week trip. Originally had no issues placing the order and one friendly employee who assured me that it would be arriving on time, over a week ago. Today I called for an update to be told the order wasn't going to arrive as it was a pre-order for mid August. This came as a surprise and after checking the email confirmation (which didn't outline it was a pre-order at all), I called back to be told that I must of made a mistake. Whilst I appreciate technological errors occur, I didn't appreciate the blame being put on me. When I had already spoken to an employee who assured me it would be on time (therefore it couldn't possibly be a pre-order).

The delivery time estimated at time of sale (online) was under a week, unfortunately I had to chase up delivery a couple of times as I was due to go on holiday and feared missing the courier. Swinnerton did step in and help and I got the bike the day before my holiday. The outer box was badly damaged when the bike arrived and fedex had tried to tape over the damage. Luckily the bike inside was unscathed. On first ride, it seems that the bike was not properly prepared, the rear derailleur needed quite a bit of adjustment for the gears to shift smoothly and the headset bolt under the top cap was more or less just sitting in place and hadn’t been torqued up at all, this could have been very serious if id had an accident. I usually order my bikes online from Tredz and not once have I had to adjust anything. There’s obviously a lack of attention to detail somewhere in the chain here. When you upload the video file you can’t submit a review 🙄. Video is available.

Unfortunately they sent the wheel to the wrong address and it took them over a week to arrange a collection and get it to me. No apology and no compensation for the inconvenience.

Ordered a bearing and some brake pads on Wednesday, paid £6 delivery. Didn't arrive until the Thursday of the following week. "All out products are shipped by FedEx providing unprecedented reliability and speed" I phoned on Monday and was assured it would arrive Tuesday. Tracking said the package wasn't even picked up till Monday for next day delivery. Quite frustrating.

Ordered two 42mm length stem inner tubes but got 1x42mm and 1x60mm. I emailed Swinnerton but got no reply. Very disappointed so I’ll advise to go elsewhere

Dreadful! I made 3 attempts to amend/cancel my order, all of which were ignored by Swinnerton. Furthermore, having ignored my correspondence, the order took 2-3 days for them to despatch my item; although I cannot criticise their use of a 24hr courier. So you get 2 stars... the item did arrive, and relatively quickly, but I don't want to incur the cost and hassle of returning it.

Tried contacting by email multiple times, no response. Paid expedited shipping ($20) for a part that weighs no more than 2oz. It's been over 2 weeks shipping from England and I havent received it. I have family in England and ship all the time, it shouldnt take this long paying so much!
