“I bought a SRAM Powermeter - Force D2 Road Power Meter Spider Dub. The price was the lowest on the internet and delivery was fast. I'll definitely use Swinnerton again if they carry products I'm looking for (and the price is competitive, which it usually is).”

“Awful customer service. After 7 emails trying to get my point across they messed up my order, it wasn't until I posted on social media they admitted they made a mistake. After agreeing they would refund in full and my return postage cost I sent the item back. Full PayPal refund came through for item and a separate payment came through to cover my return postage, which had a PayPal fee deduction as they sent it via goods and services - for an item I ordered not them! Gave up trying to get though to the arrogant customer service that they still owed me 45p (it's the principal of it) as this was their last response "I have done exactly as I am authorised to, and exactly as I have done it since day one. I can help you no further" Cheeky, arrogant and rude.”

“I recently bought a child’s bike from these guys, the bike is great but arrived with a faulty inner tube. I informed Swinnerton of this and they immediately offered to compensate me generously for the inconvenience with a partial refund. Even though I told them I was happy with this, they contacted me again to offer to send me a replacement tube in addition to the partial refund. Extremely good customer service in my view. WOULD recommend, WOULD use in the future”

“Awesome service. Ordered and arrived in Australia within a week. Great price (but had to pay Tax handling fees with DHL). I now live in Australia and had to pay tax which is fine but DHL also charge a processing fee. Since Chain Reaction Cycles has never been the same I was really glad to see Hope kit at a great price on your website. I would recommend setting up a Swinnerton.com.au address and work out how Australian Tax 10% can be paid (it can be done for under $1000 or around £500) at source. We are just going into summer and it might be a good opportunity for you guys. Thanks again.”
