“Quite rubbish to be honest. I bought a product based on the picture and the description, and I got only part of it. The reason was "the picture was incorrect, this is being rectified". They offered to refund if the item is returned, but the process to return it is convoluted on purpose so that it puts of people (I have to send a number or pictures and a description just to print the label, and packaging etc it's all on me). Quite unfair to place this burden on the buyer because of a misleading picture and a product that, in the end, they were not selling.”
