Just about acceptable service. The item took 10 days to arrive and was unusable due to a fault. I wrote 2 emails, neither of which was answered. One was asking why the item was delayed, the other was to request a return. After 4 more days, I called and was politely offered a return for an exchange or refund. I am waiting for that refund.
