“The tyre that I put on the back wheel has a lump and bumps each revolution. I’ve swapped it around and re bedded it but no change. I’ll change the inner tube too. Could it be a result if the tyres being folded in storage and will sort itself out?”

“I've had nothing but hassle from Swinnerton cycles! The customer service is some of the worst I've experienced, say they will get back to you today and don't bother, leaving you to chase, my order had missing items, trying to get said missing items is very difficult, ended up with me going through PayPal, case is still ongoing, current status is they will only send missing items if I cancel the case first! What if I then don't receive the items or they arrive but are incorrect? PayPal is the only insurance I have, usually the case would be closed once it's resolved, not close the case then hope Swinnerton keep their word, which they haven't to date!! I'll never use again. Items in red missing.”

“I needed to replace my cycling helmet after a crash. I found the one I wanted at a good price on the Swinnerton Cycles website. The site was easy to navigate and to find what I wanted. I didn't need to use their customer service so I can't comment on that. There was a choice of payment methods and the ordering process was straight forward.”

“Good range of bikes available online with a decent January discount. Purchased the Trek marlin 6 and had it delivered within two days. Only concern was the box was ripped open in one corner on delivery but luckily no damage to the bike.”
