Quite rubbish to be honest. I bought a product based on the picture and the description, and I got only part of it. The reason was "the picture was incorrect, this is being rectified". They offered to refund if the item is returned, but the process to return it is convoluted on purpose so that it puts of people (I have to send a number or pictures and a description just to print the label, and packaging etc it's all on me). Quite unfair to place this burden on the buyer because of a misleading picture and a product that, in the end, they were not selling.

Misleading images, poor customer service – beware I ordered a product from Swinnerton Cycles based on the image and description on their website, which clearly showed a complete unit including a specific core component. What arrived was incomplete. When I queried it, I was told by Jed in an email that the image “did not represent the product” and that their T&Cs allowed for this. This feels deliberately misleading. I spoke to someone in-store who admitted I should be entitled to a full refund including return postage, but their customer service rep (Jed) later refused to honour this. Despite the error being theirs, I was left out of pocket for return postage. The website disclaimer does not excuse inaccurate listings, and consumer rights clearly state that customers are entitled to a refund including postage if an item is not as described. A real shame – I expected better from an established bike shop. I won’t be shopping here again, and I advise others to be very cautious when ordering online. Always call and double-check first, as what’s pictured may not be what you receive. Worth pointing out that they haven't changed the inaccurate listing since this occurred.

I recently purchased replacement Abus spare replacement screws for my visor , as there where no photos of items I proceeded to purchase two of the items , when I received these screws they were the incorrect ones and a lot smaller ,if I had seen I photo of these items I wouldn’t have purchased them , as for returning these items it’s not even worth doing because of the postage cost.

I only ordered a small item “ TORTEC Racks - Rack Fittings Silver/Black”. States if in UK Warehouse dispatched with in 24hrs and Royal Mail delivery time 48hrs so 3-days. However “ Instock - Supplier Warehouse - Item is held in Suppliers Warehouse, Depending on the the supplier transfer time can vary from 24 Hours to 14 Days for item held in European warehouse.” At no time was I told/informed it needed to come from European Warehouse or Supplier. Until I emailed approximately 10 working days later it was coming from EU. If I had known I would have gone to another outlet store with quicker delivery. I have no problem with item received, does the job.

What was sent to me was different from what I bought, it was not Zipp and parts were missing, I reported it to the assistance with photo included, but the problem was not solved and they gave me a meaningless answer, claiming that the missing parts had to be included, which is not true. I will never buy on this site again

I would give zero stars if possible as this matches the lack of contact or goods delivered in the 3 weeks since ordered and paid for,despite me chasing up repeatedly.

Seat post saddle clamp ears looked second hand with pinch bolt missing. Hole size was incorrect. Can only assume item was returned previously with fault but then resold without correct investigation. Had to clean out hole and use bolt from existing genuine trek emonda ears to make it work. Would have returned product but needed these asap to fit carbon rail seat.

Nul, l'alerte de disponibilité des pièces ne fonctionne pas. J'ai besoin d'une cale de serrage de tige de selle Basso Venta. Lorsque je renseigne mon adresse mail pour être alerté de la disponibilité de la pièce, ça ne fonctionne pas.

Hi, according to the description on your web site I identified my broken saddle as B 73 and ordered the corresponding saddle spares. But the delivered saddle spares are not the right ones. They are much to short. Unfortunately a return for exchange is not be worth because of the high post charges to England. Kind regards

sorry guys, i paid a bleeding kit for a dominion a4, like your picture, and non-compliant item arrived, not in the same price range. I hope it was a mistake but I can't return it as it is open.

Many of the products listed on their website don't contain enough information for customers to purchase the right components. I won't be buying again from here.

Twice I tried to pay with PayPal, only for the payment to be generated, but order not completed due to mobile field not being populated. Swinnerton blame PayPal, bit should stop offering the facility, if their systems can't cope. My 2nd complaint didn't even get a response
