“Great service, and good dental hygiene. Two things you don’t often find in a British bike shop. Service was faster than a hound dog with his balls stuck in a coon trap.”

“Ignore all the bad reviews for Switterton at your expense people… ordered online, showing as in stock. Cancelled by the shop 12 hours later, reason ‘customer cancelled’’ when I hadn’t. Payment taken, 3 to 5 days for refund, when I called the store, ‘sorry it’s just been sold, no longer available’. Yet the bike is still available now. Is this how these stores inflate sales, to keep their orders and inventory turning over and make their books look better? Showing as in stock means nothing… absolute clowns.”

“I lost my Fatspanner 8 - one of the most useful, compact tools I've ever had. Everyone in the country seemed to no longer stock them. Swinnerton cycles showed they were still available, and yes, the order did take a little time to come through, but it did, and I'm delighted. Thank you”

“The front axle I needed was in stock and reduced, so it was good value. The only issue was dispatch, which took over a week. Once sent, everything was fine, but the delay was longer than expected.”

“First impressions were good buying from this shop but ended up a nightmare.They told me a set of forks fitted straight for on to my frame as it is , in the end cost me a lot of time and money as their info was very wrong. Bad experience for me but good for them as they made money selling me the items I needed to then actually make them fit. Either they lied or didn’t actually have much knowledge”
