“Very poor customer service, will only deal via e-mail, and even then anonymously... When I did manage to speak to someone , the options discussed were not reliable . AVOID postal orders. And refund is used as ransom .”

“The greatest bike shop in the UK! Swinnerton Cycles has proven to be the only place on the planet where I have been able to locate the last couple of Shimano parts for my latest build. It's spring here in Utah (USA), so the skis are put away and the trail biking season is in full swing. Swinnerton had the parts I needed, with competitive prices and reasonable overseas delivery to get my bike going without delay.”

“I recently bought a child’s bike from these guys, the bike is great but arrived with a faulty inner tube. I informed Swinnerton of this and they immediately offered to compensate me generously for the inconvenience with a partial refund. Even though I told them I was happy with this, they contacted me again to offer to send me a replacement tube in addition to the partial refund. Extremely good customer service in my view. WOULD recommend, WOULD use in the future”

“Ordered bike spares with Swinnerton twice. They had good stock supply (I was struggling to find what I needed at my regular big online store). I ordered and recently my goods quickly and efficiently. I’ll use them again.”
