“He comprado un pedalier BB30 T47 I.B. 85.5mm y por un lado el cierre es de 30mm y por el otro es de 28mm por lo que no me vale y en la factura aparece que es de 30mm. Me gustaría una solución. Gracias de antemano.”

“Item took longer than anticipated. Had to call to ask why it was taking so long and when I would receive it. Person I spoke to didn’t know why it was delayed but said I should get it by the end of the week, which I did. Would still buy from again, as price was good.”

“Price was very reasonable for what I was buying. However, the shipping was not good at all. It took 3 days before it was shipped. I ordered the Sunday night and it was shipped Wednesday evening. The courier company (DHL) were awful. So bad that I changed it from home delivery to pick up from store as it was obvious they were making up the fact I was not at home when I very much was! This changed the date to after the weekend and I missed being able to use it. Next time will pay a bit extra and buy it from a store that has a better shipping and delivery plan.”

“Awful customer service. After 7 emails trying to get my point across they messed up my order, it wasn't until I posted on social media they admitted they made a mistake. After agreeing they would refund in full and my return postage cost I sent the item back. Full PayPal refund came through for item and a separate payment came through to cover my return postage, which had a PayPal fee deduction as they sent it via goods and services - for an item I ordered not them! Gave up trying to get though to the arrogant customer service that they still owed me 45p (it's the principal of it) as this was their last response "I have done exactly as I am authorised to, and exactly as I have done it since day one. I can help you no further" Cheeky, arrogant and rude.”

“Tried to contact sales team through online process several times but nothing. Eventually spoke to a member of staff in the store who as helpful though. Bought a Ritchey Logic frame that was not cheap and so surprised to see the box was still open upon delivery ?”
