“I dropped in to pick up an adapter quick release to through axle for an old elite mag trainer. Was tacx but just fitted. So good result at great price. Service was excellent. Shop was busy and full of great kit and a lot of good customer interaction. I was impressed.”

“Ordered Tyres and put that I would collect as I didn't trust the Courier service this being a 380 mile round trip. I called the shop to confirm if they were open Good Friday to be told why are you coming all the way here to collect. I was assured the goods would be delivered next day which was the Wednesday and they were. Great service from the store and DHL”

“I placed an order on 23 February for a dura ace cassette for 542.95€ (order ID 70130). Craig tells me on March 7th that the product is not in stock. I asked for a refund on 10 March, I followed up on 16 March and 28 March. They ignore the customers' e-mails. I therefore informed the French DGCCRF and the English ECC-NET by registered mail today. You should not order on this website which does not consider its customers. It's so sad.”

“Took £130 for a stem that was apparently in stock over a week ago and still not been dispatched, no communication and can’t get hold of them on any of the contact details they provided. Last 2 orders 1 was dispatched the same day and the other took almost a week.”
