I recently bought a child’s bike from these guys, the bike is great but arrived with a faulty inner tube. I informed Swinnerton of this and they immediately offered to compensate me generously for the inconvenience with a partial refund. Even though I told them I was happy with this, they contacted me again to offer to send me a replacement tube in addition to the partial refund.
Extremely good customer service in my view.
