“Bought some Campagnolo Tubeless valves although not the same in the picture on the website. After a quick call emailed some pics of the ones supplied they checked with their supplier to confirm this would be ok as they are the only ones they now manufacture. Excellent service and delivery was quick. Many thanks to all at Swinnerton for your help.”

“I had a problem with a failed hydraulic brake caliper; although we are long out of lockdown, my local bike shop will only let you into the shop if you have an appointment, so that was a wasted journey. I had previously used and lived closer to Swinno’s in the past, so found their website and sent a query in; it was answered very quickly with advice and a recommendation for a (hopefully!) better caliper. The replacement was ordered from the website - very easy and competitive price and arrived with me within a couple of days. Very pleased with the level of service received”

“Item never received . Courier tracking said out for delivery but never arrived, never delivered , no card left , no correspondence from courier , only got a message from Swinnerton at the third time of asking . The product is still floating around no mans land apparently . Wouldn't use again , sorry guys.”

“Sadly on this most recent specific purchase it wasn't perfect. The item as described for an online purchase was not what was sent. So having paid for faster delivery still got the wrong thing and had to take the postage hit on returning on top of the hassle of it. A bit annoying, but other experiences have been good. Just need to sharpen up on details perhaps sometimes as an online retailer.”
