“Amazing service. Barney was brilliant. I'd been trying to upgrade Crank Brothers Iodine 27.5 front wheel to a 29er, and contacted CrankBros themselves without any luck. Swinnerton to the rescue. Emailed in a support question and Barney was able to source rim, spokes and nipples all within a few days, always keeping me in the loop as to what was going on.”

“The item was not described correctly, all info correct but should have said that the thru axle didn't fit X Fusion McQueens. Have sent back for a refund but RM have lost the package:(”

“An excellent retailer to deal with. Following an issue I had with a payment online it was dealt with out of hours and promptly. Also I had purchased the wrong product for my bike and found the returns procedure easy and the refund was prompt. I was able to purchase the correct product too which was in stock.”
