“Very good service. Delivery time from UK to Canada was much longer than I expected (almost two weeks). The saddle is beautiful. Width of saddle at the rear end is more narrow than I expected.”

“Met Universal Front Helmet Pad - Price seemed extortionately high for something which probably cost pennies to manufacture but that seems to be an issue for the manufacturer, rather than the retailer, to address (as is the fact that it needed replacing after only 1 year). For Swinnerton's part, at least they stocked the part and handled the order efficiently. Would buy from them again... not so sure about Met Helmets on the other hand...”

“This was a tale of two halves. The team couldn’t have been more helpful when we ordered the spare part for an e bike. Unfortunately when we found that it wasn’t needed and returned the switch we were told it was never received. So £50 down the drain I’m afraid. My advice if you return get recorded delivery.”
