“Zero communication!! Only ordered 2 items (CamelBak Insulated Steel water bottle), both in stock, I then only received one with no notice that the other had went out of stock. I waited several days & eventually checked the website again. I then found it was on back order for 104 days!!! I messaged via website and i was issued with a refund after another couple days... Still with absolutely no communication...AVOID THESE AS OTHERS HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES - TAKE YOUR MONEY & NEVER EVEN HAD STOCK!!!!”

“light action on twist grip. comfortable on changer and fixed handlebar sections. Secure fixing for non-rotating section. Good exit angle for outer cable. Good cable adjuster. Disappointed no indication of gear No as previous 9 speed: will have to improvise for my Wife. I see the same omission on the 3 x more expensive option.”
