“Extremely long delivery time. I understand the cause of customs clearance... But no communication or in any case very bad. I've still been waiting for my package for a month. I am waiting for a parcel tracking that I have been requesting for more than a week. For an international order I do not recommend.”

“I tried with Amazon pay which I have used in the past no go don’t know what the problem is with it, all well with my card . It would also help if you had guides for clothing sizes. Apart from that I’m very happy with Swinnerton.”

“I ordered a park tool digital calliper in April 2024 and only received it in June 2024. I took over a month to take delivery despite calling to check up on the order. There was no comms from Swinnerton Cycles what so ever. Thankfully I eventually received the item”

“Fantastic store fpr my cycling needs.great products, fast xdel8very and in the past great customer service. Recently purchased my new Met Ruvale lid and Shimano XC7 shoes. Both work together really well (colourways) and and will continue to shop with Swinnerton cycles. Only gripe I have is with my Met lid. It being am updated modelnt9 the last (of which I also own) Met fpr some reason have changed the closing wheel, which means I can no longer use the rear light which I use on the old model 🤔 Apart from this I love my recwnt purchases 😁 Happy cycling people Stu”
