“Good range of bikes available online with a decent January discount. Purchased the Trek marlin 6 and had it delivered within two days. Only concern was the box was ripped open in one corner on delivery but luckily no damage to the bike.”

“I ordered a dropper post cartridge at the start of December after it said it was in stock on the website with the aim for it to arrive before Christmas. This was not the case and they said that it was in their storage warehouse awaiting delivery to their shop before being sent to me and assured me it will arrive soon. It was yet to arrive after Christmas which I would have understood becasue of the postage strikes if it was actually in stock. When I next called them I was told it won't arrive until February almost 2 months after placing the order!! I then get a message from someone else in the UK who was expecting a delivery from them with my delivery asking if I had received his order as a bit of a mix-up. I hadn't. He also said that my delivery address was clearly under his delivery address so I don't know how that happened. After it was then returned to the shop it was eventually sent out to the address on the order which would have been great if I hadn't gone back to uni and away from my parent's address where it was ordered too as I would have been home over Christmas to receive it. To make matters worse it did not arrive for an MTB holiday that I was hoping for. The good thing is it has arrived but I am yet to check if it is the correct order. All this to save £5 on a dropper post cartridge. Fair to say I wasn't very impressed.”
