“The product, a small packet of rubber frame lug plugs, was exactly what I was looking for, however, if I had had a bit more time I would have looked elsewhere because the item was £4.99 and the postage and packaging cost £6.00. £6.00 to deliver something that was smaller than a packet of peanuts, seriously!?”

“Item was not what I expected, the picture showed a different model and the description didn't give enough detail to clarify which model of drop bars it is. I sent an email and got a very short, rude answer back which felt like "though luck, it says in our TCs that pictures don't need to be accurate". Buy from somewhere else!”

“I bought a Brooks b17 titanium saddle .Apart from Brooks themselves most online stores had sold out. Swinnerton were about £40 cheaper than Brooks for the same saddle. Dispatched quick. No fuss”

“Excellent service. Quick Shipment. Item equal to the description. I installed this wheel on my gravel bike. It fits perfectly. with 40mm tyre, 160 mm brake rotor and 10-speed cassette. I used it for a week and I am so satisfied with performance.”
